- Peanut butter | 200 g (1 cup/7 oz)
- Natural honey | 40 g (1.5 tablespoon/1.4 oz)

- Dark chocolate | 130 g (4.6 oz)

Hi! Reducing the sugar is possible - just be mindful it might affect the consistency! The nougat might be less sticky, but you can balance it with a natural sweetener if you prefer. Enjoy experimenting! ❤

I don't eat egg so what is the substitute
A great alternative is aquafaba (the liquid from canned chickpeas)! Whip it up, and it works wonderfully in recipes like this. Let me know how it turns out! Also marshmallows can be a good substitute for egg whites in nougat! Melt them and mix-they give a great chewy texture.

If you like the recipes, but the process seems too drawn out for you, then I would advise increasing the speed by 1.5 or 2 times, I also often do this when I watch videos on UA-cam 😌
