    Baking powder | 4 g (1.2 teaspoon/0.14 oz)
    Baking soda | 4 g (1.2 teaspoon/0.14 oz)
    A pinch of salt
    Ground cinnamon | 1 teaspoon
    Pumpkin | 325 g (11.4 oz)
    Bake in preaheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes
    Eggs | 2 pc.
    Vegetable oil | 95 ml (0.5 cup/3.2 fl. oz)
    Zest of 1 lemon
    Lemon juice | 40 ml (0.2 cup/1.3 fl. oz)
    Sugar | 160 g (1 cup/5.6 oz)
    Walnuts | 40 g (1.4 oz)
    Pumpkin seeds | 40 g (1.4 oz)
    Bake in preaheated oven at 190°C (374°F) for 30 minutes
    Cream:
    Cream cheese | 200 g (1 cup/7 oz)
    Icing sugar | 65 g (0.4 cup/2.3 oz)
    1 cup = 200 ml/6,76 fluid ounces
