A Buffalo Chopper plus a Pelican Head Attachment will cover almost every food prep task that could be done with a crew of sous chefs. david
Not bad if pink slime was still .99/lbs .
Chef with 28 years in kitchens here. WHY THE FUCK are you grinding up rotten garbage that has been held at an unsafe temp OVERNIGHT? Obviously you flunked Serv-Safe..
how much ?
No stuffing here, unless it is a holiday stocking stuffer.
Hi, are you interested to test my product? contact me. My facebook: facebook.com/ruoruo.yi/
Could this work with dried meats? I was to shred beef jerky and was wondering if this would work. If so, how fine can I get the jerky?
The two bowl choppers I use easily turn meat that's frozen solid into mush. I'm sure any decent bowl chopper out there could chop dried meat that isn't even frozen. How chopped the jerky would get depends on a few things; the number of blades, the speed of the blades, blade sharpness, how long it was left in there for, and depending on the direction of the bowl spinning, with chopping it clockwise and anticlockwise gets it much finer than just doing it clockwise. Also, up until the point where there's just too much for the machine to work properly, it gets better and better, so it depends on the amount you put in to start. Is this something for personal use? Or are you thinking about making money? A good food processor is a much better idea if its all for you. These bowl choppers are in industrial kitchens. Kitchens that need to churn out hundreds and thousands of kilos daily.
HAHAHA - you have WOMEN do it? Can gay people do it? Over 40's?
Hi I want two. I'm in south Africa
You have agent in indonesia...?
email to danny_xia@triowin.com
how much is that
Novelyn Dayo $2200 from LEM
If that is linker then I am Saint Jacky, only sausage cutter. Useless for any further processing
That is me in the video. I bought mine from Hess Meat Machines. I believe I paid about $800 for it which was about 1/3 of what a competitor charged. If you have questions I'll help how I can
Tried using this machine with binders in the meat....not pretty. Did you add anything to your meat to bind it for easier cooking?
Im using this slider when I press the meat the meat attached to the bed plate and I wont form.round shape can you help me?
@@paulgregory7476 no. But the harder you press the better they stay together
@@kenneth_muse75 looking at it from the top down should be 1.the press itself with handle 2.tube cavity....the round part you put the meat in 3. Plate with rectangle cut out 4 nuts and slider with round hole cut out 5 base plate 6 machine itself with 4 arms pointing up

Hola, estoy interesado en la maquina, quisiera contactarme, Gracias!
Can one grind fresh ginger in this machine too?
I looked for something to juice ginger for a few years. I burned out many a machine until I finally found a heavy duty 'Slow grind' machine. it works great.
All vegges, pineapple ginger, whatever, it will chop it fine.
This is NOT PULLED anything. It's CHOPPED ham. Someone should rip that jacket off your back dude. What an amatuer!
onde comprar?

@@thebutcher5032 how much?
@@janxvalerozo511 I bought the machine. And two other size molds. With tax I think I paid $1,100. The slider is customizable. You pick the size thickness and shape
@@thebutcher5032 man lmao there are knock offs for 200$
@@awcm1507 okay sounds good. You understand this video was made almost 10 years ago correct?
Internal temp of 50 degrees??? That has been in the danger zone all night long. That product is garbage. Throw it out! Should be 40 degrees or below!
You are absolutely right. That meat is completely unsafe to serve! Anything that is above 41 degrees or under 135 for over 4 hours is garbage.
Hola estoy interesado en esta máquina. favor me puedes dar más detalles y como haríamos para poder comprarte, gracias.
quanto custa a maquina
hey quiero una maquina asi, donde puedo conseguir una maquina asi. gracias
seems to work well with coarse sausage in natural casings.... no challenge in this... if it could work for fine emulsion filled in cellulose casings.. that is the real challenge!!!
I think it might be a good idea to fully utilize the teflon board by keeping your hands out from under that thing!
nice machine, too bad your making some crap in it
I like it
I like it
this is great, its so simple im actually building one myself,
Nice machine. Used them for years when needed. very efficient. As for your green ham, adding that sauce is like adding salt and sugar to the max. Glad I'm not eating the stuff.
i like the videos with sound better.
Impressive. how can i reach you? where's a link to your web site or a phone number?
