@@SeadogSeven I think so too. Got their reflector-covers as well, the evotech tail-tidy and some different handle-control-thingies. A dealer here does a mod that moves the display down and forward, that might be next on my list of to-do's!

@terrible2u I'll have to look at those. I had found the aluminum covers and they were about $60. I couldn't justify it.

@@SeadogSeven Yea, in Switzerland you dont need reflectors at all, but since I do a bit of riding in the black forest here and there, ze germanz really like to make a fuss about it. Cant remove them, but nobody said anything about covering them. And it's just one screw each to get rid of them. For me, easy choice, for you, may be totally different!

Understood. I'm in North Carolina and I think they are required but not enforced. I took them off my previous bike and it passed inspection every time.

Now you've got me thinking about this. Could the engineers make a modern classic Mustang? Make some improvements to the 302 engine, trans, suspension, etc...but it's still ALL mechanical.

I agree. I think that is exactly the point. Give the gear heads what they want. A modern classic muscle car that we can work on ourselves. Make our own mods, etc. The engineers just need to make the modern modifications but keep it analog.

Great question but I don't see the option to do that in Tune ECU. I've looked through all the menus to find it. I just got some Chin Mount hardware and will do a follow-up video.

​@@SeadogSeven watched video today all be it the tuner didn't say what software he was using, he needed multiple runs on a Dyno to get air /fuel correct and did say that he removed the top speed limiter, O2 sensor ect .He was Florida based .Proven power is his UA-cam site name.

I've seen on forms people say you can but you have to buy the pro license to be able to do it.

Woolwich software has the ability to get rid of the top speed restrictions, increase the rev limiter and many other things 👍I just need find my nearest tuner who uses it.

Not at all. It's a self contained system that plugs into your bike harness so that it can access lights, etc. I'm going to be making a video on unrestricting the throttle. There are other videos out there for other bikes but this one will be for my Rocket 3.

@@SeadogSeven I'm told that this unit is obsolete and is no longer being manufactured. I was also told that there wasn't a problem with the units just that triumph stopped doing security accessories. Which is strange because all their bikes are equipped with harnesses for it. Do you know if the GPS tracking or track Plus accessory works in the United States?

I'm not sure about being obsolete. My video isn't very old but I guess it's possible. I haven't had any issues with it. I would still recommend it based on my personal experience but I can't speak to anything else from the Internet. I'm sure you'll do your own research and come to a conclusion. I'm not sponsored by anyone and I did a ton of research before I bought this unit. I don't know anything about their GPS+ accessories.

@@SeadogSeven it helps to create something that looks a little more fitting. Don't get me wrong there's been some wonderful nice consoles built from hardwood and stuff, which is fine for conversion vans etc. But it looks a little dated and far from sporty.

Agreed. I have watched some videos of people adding upholstery leather to cover the MDF and wood.

@@SeadogSeven absolutely! If it doesn't need to be structural, you can use Masonite (sometimes called hardboard) it's kinda like mdf but 1/4" or thinner. And can be easily bent for curves!

I thought the same thing. I've watched a ton of YT videos on custom builds. Everyone seems to use cardboard for mockups and then using MDF for the final build. Some have taken the mockup and used fiberglass to create a mold.

@@SeadogSeven Yes!! My Mustang is called “The Beast”. I have a few mods. No real engine mods just an Airaid. I have got Roush Axle backs with a Borla Switchfire in place of the resonator. I also got Jl subs and amp.. I get compliments on it all the time.

@@SeadogSeven Also… I also have diode dynamics sequential switch back front turn signals ( smoked) And I have the added diode dynamics sequential plugs for the rear brake and hazard ( not sure that would work on those Raxiom rear lights. I also added the extra turn signal light in the hood like the 2016 have.
