Before ..school reopens, I remember..I use to give my children herb tea..(yellow pack) Tyrax worm out was recommended too..or Zentil for wash out.. Detoxing session for the family is a healthful source keeping you from the Doctor. Fruits vegetables grains...is good too.and natural juices. I've tried the aloa vera...drink..I scoop out the gel and eat like jello...I use the gell on my face ...Lather my hair...keep it moisturizerd.. I really admire how both parents work together.. connection is strong. And the children live what they learn. A happy family makes a happy home.. So much God's presence is in every room. The children are rubies diamonds gems and pearls. Fruits of the roots. Fruits of Righteousness. Mr and Mrs Stone you were both made for each other I love you.

It is interesting to hear his beliefs, I’m wondering where he thinks cows come from? My mum raised us vegan, which back in the 70s meant not eating meat or dairy, now it has a different meaning, times have certainly changed since then, it is easier to say plant-based. My children inspired me to start my own plant-based channel because so many people think our food choices are limited when it really isn’t, it’s about being creative. The last time I visited Jamaica, there was a plant-based restaurant on the high street in Montego Bay going towards the market I'm not sure if it's still there, people say it’s difficult to find plant based takeaway/restaurants in Jamaica but I didn’t find that to be the case when I went especially when visiting an Ital place. My biggest shock was visiting Juici Patties in Montego Bay and there was a sign on the wall that they used beef suet in their vegetarian patties.

I did the plant based thing for a two years and my health started to decline, I’m now completely animal based (red meat, raw milk & cheese) , pasture raised eggs, organ meat and sweet & non sweet fruit and I have never felt better! I only cook with animal fat or coconut oil.
