We hope you enjoy "The Medal: Celebrating Our Nation's Highest Honor." This film inspires hope for America by honoring the sacrifice and dedication of those who wear our nation's highest award - the Medal of Honor. This widely acclaimed documentary features original interviews with living Medal of Honor recipients and well known military and political leaders. The men who wear the Medal of Hono...
and now Kamala Harris and the Democrats are trying to destroy our country
I'll Always Love you Hayden Panettiere.
"It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who have died, rather we should thank God that such men lived" General George S. Patton.
R.I.P.
Although obvious the enemy (Usually whoever is against the US) has an equal amount of heroes but none will get recognized. All of these people fighting did there job for their country and at the orders of politicians who didn't have to take such risk. I don't care what side you are on the people fighting are usually doing it because they think they are doing good for themselves and their country.
My deepest sympathies and grief. Navy Davy 🇺🇸🇺🇸
I just wish that the UK honored its fallen in the same way........ Freedom is never free, it comes with a heavy price, there are plenty around today that have forgotten what it costs, despite exercising their rights. Visiting the National Arboretum at Alrewas should be compulsory for every child - it might just sow a seed, not to join the military but to instill in them that the freedoms and rights they enjoy have cost those who came before them. I salute the USA in its efforts to keep the memory of its heroes alive.
When I lived near DC I used to visit Arlington Cemetery very often. It is a solemn place and my heart ached for the men there in thousands of graves. I was always interested in visiting the graves of Medal of Honor recipients. I was a Marine in the 60s and I spent a lot of time at the grave of Ira Hayes, one of the Marines who raised the flag on Iwo Jima. Also, the grave of Audie Murphy. I'm old now (77) and my health has failed and I'm an invaled. If I were still able I would make an annual pilgrimage to Arlington Cemetery to stand at the resting place of American warriors who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Every American student must see this film ... often.
Even though the original intent of the US government in burying the war dead here was to take revenge on Robert E. Lee, nevertheless, using his property to remember our heroes, nevertheless, what a tremendous reason to use a confiscated land.
Excellent Video
I love Arlingron, and feel moved by it. Even just viewing photos . But also realize that for every single in there, at least1 5 other headstones of service persons that are scattered across the nation and other countries. Mostly are at cemeteries that were made because that is where large a group of them died in a battle. That is a great, but tragic story of love.
I HONOR OUR MILITARY SERVICE MEN AND WOMEN THAT GAVE THEIR LIVES FOR OUR FREEDOMS TODAY AND YESTERDAY THANK GOD AND YOU. ARMY VETERAN ANNA MARIA FRAZIER DANGERFIELD
My family serve this country. And I believe it was wasted of time . For now I know is a evil country!!!
Remember patriots as you go to the polls this November that half the country is voting for a man who thinks that men who fought for their country are
My Uncle Richard is buried in Arlington. He jumped in to the hedgerows of Normandy on DDay. Silver Star Bronze Star and Purple Heart.

Woke sh!theads trying to destroy our great nation these men and women fought for... need to take back our country
A place that began as an act of theft and revenge turned into a monument to bravery and courage.
Sam huff such a pretty little lady that got killed by a road side bomb
Thank you
And that is so sad
I wish the people responsible for this post would go there, under pretense of a tourist, and see how white people are treated at the entrance. You'll see!!!!
I have several friends in this cemetery. I still can not bring myself to visit yet.
Proud to be a friend of America
Thank you very much from Spain 😌☀️🌟
Wonderful tribute !!!
Should have told the story of Teddy junior
My ancestor was the first military person buried in Arlington. His name is William Christman.
Thank you
Throughout my nearly 17 years serving in Civil Air Patrol I've had the exemplary honor of meeting many a people in uniform, even veterans from long forgotten wars such as WW II, Korea and Vietnam, but the highest honor would be to meet in person a Medal of Honor recipient!! Bravery, courage, gallantry, heroism and uncommon valor, they are some of the finest military personnel our country has ever known!!!
I want to meet one of these hero’s in real life one day. To thank them for allowing us to live. Nothing makes me more proud to be an American than these brave men.
Look no further than the woman that brought you to this world my man. Think about what she’s done for you and how much of it has gone unrecognized. That’s a hero! That woman has sacrificed more than anyone for you. Perhaps she and all good mothers deserve a Medal of Honor and appreciation.
[ Distant horn ]? Looks like a bugle to me. I'm outta here!
All my Grandparents are here.
My grandfather was buried here 💔
To all the Men and Women I would like to say thank you for your service and welcome home and for the ones who made the ultimate sacrifice for our Freedom and our Country you shall never be forgotten may they RIP
May God embrace these men and women!
Every interview ive watched of MOH recipients everyone of them stated they didnt think they deserved it, but they accepted it and wore it for the men who died and also who they served with. So for Teddy Roosevelt to demand he be given one makes him look like a grade A douchewad in my eyes.
That's what I was thinking too
My Father(Army)Grandpa(Army) both are there.
God Bless America!
That's a shame the Roosevelt's such losers
Too much pathos.
At around 26:15 the guy says "In other countries, a civil battle like this (our civil war), the losers are shot exiled... but not here!" BULLSHIT! The South was occupied for YEARS by Nothern soldiers. Prohibiting Southerners from voting, owning property (even setting up their business they previously had!), or even owning a gun or holding office. Look at the entire state legislature of Louisiana after the war. ALL black, which having blacks was fine, but Whites were absolutely prohibited. Also, Jefferson Davis, the president of the Confederacy was imprisoned for over two years, then released without ONE charge ever given to him. This is just another example of rewriting history. NO ONE knows easily learned & verified history. No one cares.
Thank you 🙏 soldier’s and fu Nancy Reagan thanksgiving day is for your courage
God bless them!!!😥😥😥😥😥😥
Versace probably was captured because the Vietnamese he was advising ran away at the first contact with the enemy. A fellow army officer and MACV advisor told me that he never carried a firearm when on an operation because when the shooting started, he could take his pick of any weapon he wanted because the coward Vietnamese would throw down their weapons and run away. I spent thirty months over there and some of the close calls for me were caused by our supposed south Vietnamese ally.
this was Robert E Lee home
Part of the reason the property was seized and turned into a cemetery. Retribution for his rebellion.
