good job with the healthy recipes...every time I try to eat healthy I end up with a fridge of spoiled vegetables!! :( Oh my gosh, I was at the same place at a similar time possibly! Also, I've been to that beach before, it's super nice there! I was also at Youngildae beach and wondered what everyone was doing there (the sand castles) haha, they were amazing!

Wow it teaches you body to burn fat. It is amazing how many diets don't work. Is this similar to the Keto diet? Yes agreed turning fat in muscle is key. This sounds super effective. Exercise is also very important. Not eating is not enough. Well muscle weighs more then fat so yes you may have gained weight but you probably lost fat. Sugar is no no for so many reasons. It is bad for you skin and ages you. I hope this works for you big time! 👍🥰
