unfortunately after year 2020 lexus will not repair these panels for free was quoted nearly $4k for dealer to replace dash and door panels parts and labor

The best thing to do is to take it to a car shop and have some premium cloth like alcantara glued to the dashboard i have seen many people do it and it makes the dahboard look better then the original gives the car little more premium feel

2024 update, If you buy one with DSP built in they improve the sound drastically! Just put one in my 08 Lexus Es350

I have a question for you. I bought all the same things you did, but for some reason my black Sugru turned light grey and now it doesn’t match the dash. It started out the perfect color match for the dash right out of the package, but I kneaded it, and it turned light grey. Yours looks like a perfect match. Did you not knead the sugru???

Lexus replaced the whole dashboard for me for free, my car is 2012. I take my car to my local dealership for oil changes and in one of those times they told me Lexus would pay for everything.

I have a 2007 IS350 and my dash board is also sticky.
