Add some eggs, add some salmon, add some beef like rib eye steak, full fat yogurt/ kefir.... tell me how you feel after a couple weeks. It will be like night and day trust me .
Sad to hear this, but I wish you well, and hope to welcome you back into the vegan fold again one day!
Care to show a healthy plants only diet study? We both know you won't. Why do you use animal products needlessly (that means possible and practicable to avoid) while only pretending to be against it?
Your health comes first. It’s a lot of hard work for your liver to keep turning sugar into the correct protein and fats.
It sounds as though you were vegan for ethical reasons rather than health. Eggs, as you know are high in cholesterol and fat. Adding them to your diet will not benefit you in terms of your health. You said you was looking to add something savory to your diet. Are you familiar with the McDougall diet? Dr. John McDougall wrote many books, one of his best is "The Starch Solution". check it out.
Probably shouldn't suggest a diet from a guy who passed looking terrible and underweight.
I started veganuary for a challenge and kept doing it for years rather than a month!
That´s ridiculous. I was vegan for 14 years, and tried every aspect of it in terms of diet over time. High fat, low carb. High carb low fat. Raw food. Cleansing. 80-10-10, etc. Always a lot of fresh veggies, fruit, berries. Never processed foods. The detoriation was unreal. I decided to try some eggs and fish for 30 days to see how I felt. Let´s just say: We NEED cholesterol and fat!! It was like switching my brain on. Cognitive health drastically improved within DAYS. New hair started coming out within weeks. 2 years later, adding in more meat, my health has improved drastically. You can look at "Nutrition by Victoria" who follows starch vegan diet (low fat/protein), and tell me how healthy you think she looks.
@@naominaomi6508 I've been plant-based for 14 years as well. This past year I adopted the McDougall diet. My BMI is 20 and total cholesterol is 120. I have plenty of energy and never felt better. I play tennis and cycle almost every day. At 71 years old I think I'm doing pretty well. My siblings who eat the standard American diet are on statins and high blood pressure medication. I take no medication.
Choline is a super important nutrient that eggs are high in, and plant foods are low in. The bio-availability of choline in plants is terrible as well. My brain feels so much better after eating eggs. PS some dietary cholesterol is necessary for nervous system function.
If you think that your whole online content is about veganism, you could have changed the topic of your online content while being vegan. You don't need to start supporting the cruel egg industry.
If you're 'online' then you're using animal products. If you're on this entertainment platform then you're using animal products that are possible and practicable to avoid. Care to show a healthy plants only diet study? We both know you won't. Why do you use animal products needlessly (that means possible and practicable to avoid) while only pretending to be against it?
❤❤❤ Do you❤❤❤
I feel like you never studied nutrition carefully and you should, nothing to do with veganism but regarding your own health. No, you do not need heavily processed food to get any vitamins and omegas
Care to show a healthy plants only diet study? We both know you won't. Guess you never studied nutrition carefully either...
@ Steve, do you your very own research. Plenty of university research and hospital websites with plenty of info. No one has to chew up your food. Grow up
@@lolalola2592 There hasn't been a single healthy plants only diet study conducted by any university. I am happy you have shown your deceit. Thanks for the easy win and your concession due to your deceit.
@ read more, less youtube
@@lolalola2592 Still can't find a healthy plants only diet? I am not surprised. Thanks for the easy win and your ongoing concession due to your deceit.
Good for you!! Lemme tell you, there's a (non-English) nutrition scientist who developed class A supplements, that are tested regularly on harmful ingredients as well as their actual content, so it's really top tier; and his partner was a passionate vegan. She had severe symptoms and they had everything tested with no results. Only with eggs, her symptoms go away. She's the no. 1 proof that you can test everything, and have every possible supplement on the planet - the field of nutrition science is still young and so many things are yet to be discovered. Eggs are incredibly healthy, especially important for choline and arachidonic acid. It's 2024 unfortunately vegans are still brainwashed.
Nice anecdote
Thanks for the anecdote
@@vamsiramineedi6296 ikr. She can't have dOnE iT rrrrOnG. And dw, he has lots of videos with lots of studies as sources ;) Or can you tell me where you get your vitamin A, DHA, EPA, B2, Iron, Calcium, glycine, arachidonic acid, choline, taurine, carnosine, carnitine, creatine, coQ10, collagen... from? 😂
I've been on a similar journey to you. Vegan for a number of years and now I eat a few eggs once a fortnight or when I'm traveling. I don't eat dairy because I'm very lactose intolerant. When I buy eggs it's either from a farmer that i know or organic eggs if it's from the supermarket. So I would say I'm a predominantly plant based vegetarian. Nothing wrong with what you're doing as life is full of nuance and is not black and white. If you're shunned by anyone because of this you haven't lost anything.
I think that’s the thing I felt like I was living in a very black and white way, for years it’s been fine but now that I find myself struggling with health issues I need to relax a bit! Thank you for your comment 🤍
Hi, no direct nastiness here, however you have lost a subscriber from myself. If you know about the horrors of the egg industry and you identified as 'Vegan' why would you want to introduce them into your life? I commend the fact you are still avoiding the dairy industry (for now, this is a slippery slope), however, if you know about the dairy industry...Don't you think it's speciest to advocate for one species but still consume a period of another? I wish you well and hope you find your way back to being plant based in the future. Maybe start by reaffirming WHY by seeing what actually happens on British egg farms by watching Land of Hope and Glory by Earthling Ed. Peace out.
Her health and life are far more important than any animal.
@@TheN9nth OK meatflake.
Got to say, as someone who loves chickens and doesn’t eat eggs, I hate people calling eggs a chicken period. It’s not really biologically accurate since it isn’t the uterine lining and it makes the egg sound like a harmless waste product. If you make something sound like it is valueless waste, people might reasonably treat it as valueless waste and consume it without consideration if they feel inclined to.
@@laurap8529 hate is a strong word. cope.
@@Sodaandplants lol sorry I thought you cared about people eating eggs based on your comment. My bad :)
You need to do what is best for you , you’re not doing anything wrong !will always still watch you love your vlogs ❤
Thanks Nicky! I really appreciate you always watching my videos 🤍 thank you for your support!
First of all, congratulations on becoming more free. I'm sure it was not an easy first step! People are not really disappointed in you. People outside of your immediate family care about themselves, not about you. They will however act disappointed in an attempt to control you. I'm sure you will have people call you names for leaving the vegan cult, people who act sad because you took a personal decision that doesn't affect them in any way. People you don't even know, people that don't even know you, this is not disappointment. Don't label yourself, be your own self and don't say "sorry" for it, be proud. You should try quality wild caught fish once per week, thank me later.
You think killing someone doesn't affect them, huh?
@@jvlbme "Someone" only applies to humans. Livestock are not human. You're using an appeal to emotion (imply livestock are human) and a false equivalence (equivicating livestock and humans when it comes to food) which shows your bias. Care to show a healthy plants only diet study? We both know you won't. Why do you use animal products needlessly (that means possible and practicable to avoid) while only pretending to be against it?
@@SteversChed You having a stroke? Need us to call someone?
Why does "someone" apply only to humans? Are animals objects?
@@jvlbme Can't handle facts? I figured as much. Thanks for the easy win and your concession.

You need to stop thinking of your decision. You’re here to please and explain yourself regarding your health changes. I saw lady on Dairy Of CEO saying you need to be eating high protein diet & stamina exercise to heal PCOS. You can check out.
Ooo not sure if it’s the same one but I saw one on the diary of CEO TikTok and I’ve been reading her book on glucose spikes and insulin resistance! Super interesting I will def do a video about the hacks 🤞
@ Oh no, I’m not talking about The Glucose lady. There was another DR lady talking about endometriosis, PCOS etc and how to health with exercise and high protein. Anyways… looking forward to your new vids.🩷
@ ohh okay I will need to check it out! Thanks for recommending 🤍
Good job for doing what's right for you hun ❤
You’re just as sweet what ever you do. You can look for eggs from high welfare chickens and local honey. More expensive but worth it for the health benefits and the cute birds running around. X
I’m want to get them from farmers markets when I can! Would be easier if I still lived near you, maybe next time I visit we can go together 🤍

I inspire by your diet plan❤ Can PCOS be reversed with diet?
I don’t think it can be reversed but definitely can be managed through diet!
Hey girl, i got depo provera in February this year and did not get the second dose. So the followup was supposed to be May. I did not get my period till July, and eversince then my bleeding has been on and off. Should i visit gynae?
Hey! Yes I would recommend going to see them. Also if you don't already, start tracking your periods/bleeding so you can see if there is any patterns! 🤍
@vusan_ okay thanks sweetie 😘
Those dates are yum but such a faff to make! I’ve seen something on Instagram which is similar but in a tray, I’ll send it to you if I can find it again
Literally I made so much mess! Yes please send it if you find it again I’ll definitely try it, they’re so delicious 🤍
Well done with having more protein for breakfast. Jules didn’t look happy when you shook the protein shake he he x
It makes such a difference with how much I snack in the day! I need to include Jules more in my vids because she is so cute but she doesn't do much hahaha
You are doing gravy gurl! Nice job! ❤
Thank you!!
Love your videos! Also am a vegetarian with PCOS so it’s nice to get ideas and suggestions. I’ve found having more protein helps me to stay satiated, but also whole grains and seeds. Also currently obsessed with the dark chocolate, dates and peanut butter combo as well ❤ With the ovasitol it gave me breakouts when I took 4 a day but worked when I dropped down to 1 per meal so 3 a day in total ☺️
Thank you so much! 🤍 I def need to add more seeds to my diet, I've got some more dates, choc and pb with me today for my afternoon snack (obsessed!) That's such a good idea of doing 1 with each meal, the pills are quite hard to swallow haha they're so big 😭
@@vusan_ ❤️I did date, peanut butter and seed protein balls for my snack this week which are so good and easy to make (from deliciously Ella website). I know the pills are huge, I just got a pill cutter from Amazon so going to try cutting them in half 😂

If you eat less than 20g carbs per day, and eat mostly fatty meat, you can expect most if not all of your PCOS symptoms to be gone in about a year. Happy to explain more or answer questions or address concerns.

@@vusan_ What you are really saying is that you *_won't_* because you are choosing veganism. Big difference. But at least you know what you can do to heal if you ever change your mind. Whatever you choose, I wish you the best.
Hope your alarm clock and keeping phone out of bedroom works. It’s a good idea. Is there much protein in peanut butter? Is it any good to help with PCOS?
No phone in bedroom is hard but I’m sticking to it so far! I think peanut butter is good for PCOS but maybe not in a sandwich haha but with fruit or something fresh
Before the days of phones I had a cuppa fruit tea in bed to wake me up “5 minutes peace” ha ha x
Would highly recommend a Sunrise Alarm Clock, it gradually lightens your room & wakes you up naturally. Game changer for me when I worked shifts in winter in the UK 😊 hope you continue to document this journey ❤
