St Lawrence River #1 Summer time bait
The St Lawrence River and lake Ontario both are very seasonal fisheries. Certain baits will work all year long but there are specific baits that stand strong year after year in this area and it's very seasonal! This video will explain what works when and more specifically the summer bite.

How to fish GALLOO ISLAND on Lake Ontario!
Переглядів 882Місяць тому
In the North Eastern section of Lake Ontario and the St Lawrence River is the best smallmouth bass fishing in the world! One of the prime areas to fish on Lake Ontario is Galloo Island. Something to keep in mind is Galloo Island isn't the easiest place to get to. A solid 10-20mph wind makes it nearly impossible. The island itself is big enough that you can waste most the day fishing areas that ...

Not only do we have the media shoving their agenda down our throats day in and day out you can't deny we're being told on a regular basis if we don't own every bait ever made we can't catch fish. On the St Lawrence River swimbait fishing I've found you can keep it simple with realistic colors, smaller sizes and about 3 different weights and catch fish consistently! #stlawrenceriver #swimbaitfis...

Early in the spring Canada has a catch and release season in zone 20. During that period you can catch some St. Lawrence giants. But the shorelines and bays along the Canadian side of the St. Lawrence are great to fish all year long. You can fish the Canadian side from Chippewa Bay to Cape Vincent. You don't have to run 20 miles in! #stlawrenceriver #canadafishing #bassfishingvideos
St Lawrence River/Lake Ontario Spring fishing baits.

Each season on the St. Lawrence River has a particular bait that's the strongest for that time of year. We have 4 distinct seasons here and they're extreme. Spring and early summer is the time of year that the Jerkbait and Swimbait are the most dominant. Finding the warmest water on the perfect flat is the challenge. #stlawrenceriver #lakeontario #Smallmouthbass

I live about 45min from the famous Salmon River in Pulaski, NY. It gets a little busy down there as you can imagine so I like to find smaller streams close to the Salmon River that still hold nice fish. Mill creek in Sackets Harbor can be one of them. Mill creek doesn't hold a ton of fish all year but it has its' moments! #salmonriver #salmonfishing #flyfishing
How to catch UNMARKED fish on the St Lawrence River! Forward Facing Sonar (I don't have it)
Переглядів 3859 місяців тому
You can still catch fish on the St Lawrence River without Forward Facing Sonar. Because the St lawrence is so big sometimes we don't know where to start. I suggest you start on shoals and if you pick the right shoal you can catch a 25lb bag on 1 shoal. Whether you mark fish or not believe they're there, these shoals are massive and hold fish! #stlawrenceriver #smallmouthbassfishing #ditchfishing

Nice informative video especially for newbies to the area. Parents originally from the area so we vacationed with grandparents and fished this area every summer growing up. I'm retired now so wife and I spend the summers with our kids and grands fishing the upper 50 miles of the St Lawrence and the Eastern side of Lake Ontario. So many game species besides the Smallies to fish for we never get tired of it. Last summer we spent almost 5 months and fished every day but three when we went to Lake Placid. Love this area.
