somehow after a couple of minutes i could predict the whole game. made it kind of boring to watch. in those 4 corner maps; whoever dies first, the team in the opposite corner will die next. and of course the sultans have nothing at all to defend the knights destroying their economy.

I wanted to ask what option you have for AI attack. Because it looks like you have nearest lord option. If it is true then battles are pretty predictable once 1st lord is eliminated. Like in 2 vs 2 vs 2 vs 2 on balanced map. First team dies. then opposite diagonal team dies since for remaining teams they are the closest. And then happens final 1vs 1 between teams. Also in 4 vs 4 the battles on balanced map are always 4 seperated 1 vs 1 between closest lords until one dies then there is 2 vs 1 where 2 lords attack next closest lord. I remember 3 wolfs with weakest castle against 3 saladins with strongest castles. Now that was epic since lords attacked one another criss cross. Not just the closest ones. Thanks for the great content. :)

1. Wolf Under-performed. Again. That isn't his worst castle, but, meh. 2. Good to see that Lionheart didn't bug out again. As I said in the last version of this match, that team would've won if he didn't bug, to which they did pull off a win. 3. Saladins definitely put up a better fight than the Emirs. 4. Saladins vs Everybody, lmao. 5. Gold reserves ran out quick by the 11 minute mark, much to my surprise. 6. Sultan basically AFKs when gold reserves run out. 7. Both Lionhearts attacked in near-perfect sync. As someone already said, I do think this map is more akin to a 5 v 3 match, given the layout. It could be interesting to see that be done.

pig was bugged. he had a hole in his castle and wasn't fixing it. also his engineers were locked in and couldn't be used.

Analysis: -What an interesting map! A 42 minute match is pretty rad. I love the long, slog-like videos. -Wazir constantly saying 'we are weak' in the beginning is akin to saying water is wet. Not new information, bahahaha. No buddy, you ain't a strong lord. -'Hell in the Middle' is an appropriate map with all the fire. -Speaking of fire, Lionheart catching fire is pretty mandatory for these vids, lmao. -Positioning of Marshall's positive fear factor buildings was pretty good as 'fire bait'. -Classic 2002 AI, marching troops through fires they started. All in all, it was a pretty entertaining map. Outside of Wazir existing, I wasn't sure who was gonna win this one! Surprised that Lionheart made enough of a comeback to actually pull off a win here. I was rootin' for Phillip the entire time. Phillip or Caliph. But man, if you're gonna use Wazir, he pretty much has to be in a position with plentiful resources/space between enemies. Otherwise he's the de facto punching bag of a match. Also, did you cut out Caliph's death? Who kill him, Pig? Edit: Speaking of Pig, his castle was bugged. His outer wall near the engineer guild was open. His keep was never enclosed. Not that I think it would've matter, but just an observation.

My Analysis: -2v2v3v1 is an interesting match up! Love it. -Yellow Emir got bodied super quick. He was basically at the crossroads of 4 enemy lords, red Lionheart, both Caliphs and Sultan. Emir is a super poor defender. One tower, and you're in. -Did Orange Lionheart bug out a bit? He had very few peasant reserves... -Wolf under-performed, even with a very optimal castle. You could tell immediately which team wasn't gonna win, which were both Emirs. It's a shame, I like Emir and he seems strong on paper but his defenses are just laughable and horrible. Lionheart doesn't have good wall/tower defense either, but at least he has siege engines. Really not sure what was up with the orange Lionheart either. I think that team could've easily won the game if orange didn't strangely appear to bug out.

rematch, orange lionheart was bugged from early game 6:42, I think that lionhearts are winners, for rematch i would also change wolf with saladin, he will last longer, and maybe blue emir will defeat one caliph

My Analysis: -Wolf built one of his better castles. However, it was in the wrong direction. -Marshal under-performed, which is fine since he's a boring lord to watch in these vids. At least in my opinion. -It isn't an official video if Lionheart doesn't catch fire at least once! Him or Saladin, lmao. -Wazir didn't do a 'whole' lot, but his harassment with Horse Archers synced well with Sultan's attacks. They were pretty good here. -Pig tanking like a boss against Phillip and Snake was a treat to see. Probably what won them the match because Wazir can't defend worth a shit. Hm. How to improve this match? Well first off, I want to say I like this map and hope to see a lot more from it. I think the teams were actually balanced, but Wolf didn't build properly. Maybe use Saladin in that spot instead? It's still a disadvantageous spot, but Saladin builds a more 'well rounded' castle as opposed to Wolf that can defend in more than one direction. Also, do more uneven team matches. It's a nice shake up from the generic four teams of 2. Seeing Wazir and Sultan be total bros this match was also pretty nice.
