I have been having heavy bleeding for a few years. finally went in for an ultrasound yesterday and found out i have a 21 cm cyst on my ovary. surgery is next week and im so nervous! I DESPISE being uncomfortable. lol im so scared to lose an ovary because we want to ttc soon as well.

Interesting, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.

Did they put the catheter in prior to being sedated?

Honeymoon I’ve been married 7 years and I still think my wife is hot. But I’ll be honest there are days where if I were any less of a man I’d probably be pretty dumb. Every woman in her family is ridiculously gorgeous for their age and circumstances.

I came across your videos because I have a 6.5cm ovarian cyst that is in my left ovary. I have a laparoscopic surgery coming up in a couple of weeks. When I first found out I had it it was 3cm and my midwife didn’t worry. I got pregnant and it grew to 4.5 at 20weeks! Post partum she didn’t think it was necessary to check up on it. Then I went to see her for another issue so she ordered another ultrasound. The cyst was now 6.5 and it said possible low grade neoplasm. She wanted to keep watching so I switched to an obgyn. He reassured me it was benign after further follow up ultrasounds. but that he wouldn’t recommend I have another baby like this because it could interfere with ovulation. So here I am! Thank you for sharing your journey and making me feel better about the whole thing!

my surgery is in august and they are taking my uterus and right ovary. my cyst was 11.7 cm at the time of the original scan. i am so scared of the surgery

Did they happen to tell you how big the cyst was? Sorry if you said it in the video and I missed it. I'll be having this done soon too and mine is 8cm and I'm super nervous. Also, did they put a catheter in your urethra? The peeing part of it is freaking me out! I'll def be asking my surgeon about that beforehand. Thanks for sharing your experience btw!

Going through the same thing and once she told you about you having a cyst I felt your pain cause we both reacted the same way I am supposed to be having surgery for mine sometime in march and hopefully we both get pregnant soon after everything is fixed I pray everything goes well with our God anything is possible ❤
