Zach and I drove from Kansas to California and back to pick up his motorcycle and other miscellaneous stuff he was unable to take with him when he moved. So here is the time lapse shot from a GoPro Hero 3 Black with 60 second interval.

Steve inadvertently trapped a squirrel in the top of a white pine. Fight or flight Also sorry for not rotating the phone. That's a my bad
Would really like it if you would upload on a more regular basis. I have been waiting for years for a new upload.
Awesome video brother
That pic probably weighed 700 lbs wtf.????
And stop playing with that rope
Dude absolutely ridiculous .. Waynto much time to set that sling
Cool stuff man. Hey, I gotta little constructive criticism for ya, something that would make your life easier: At 2:07, the operator flies you over to the place where you want to tie on a spider leg, and you are trying to wrangle those four long, heavy spider legs. Next time, I would ask the crane operator to cable up, and when the spider legs become a more manageable, comfortable length, you can just descend down to the spot you want to tie off the piece. Also: Try using a cow hitch instead of a bowline on a bight. The Cow Hitch cinches nicely, it's relatively easy to adjust the tension if you need to fine tune the balance of a piece. Work safe bud! Good work
Also looks like those spider legs could've been tied out further - the piece was a little tip heavy. You can see the slack in the butt-end spider leg and by the way the piece hangs when the crane takes it.
Wyatt Spruck I was the guy in the bucket for this part of the job. He worked so close to the ball to keep the piece balanced. Appreciate the feedback though. Since this video we have both moved on. He is in a management position with a different tree company and I finally got my break into the corporate IT world.
you did not even cut anything
DEWIZZARD I actually made all the cuts.
Dustin Clark there is nothing in the video
DEWIZZARD @9:10 is the cut. The beginning was rigging

Dustin - I am a 25 year arborist, and I've watched a thousand UA-cam videos on tree work; Any guess as to why I made sure to click on this one? Hint: it has something to do with the thumbnail...😉
Samuel Luria I have no idea why, but I am curious.
Because anybody with an F-4 tattooed on his arm is a good man in my book. 😉 ....(Grandfather?)
Samuel Luria ooooh ok haha. That is why I was confused. That isn't my arm. I am in the bucket. I was a Marine though which definitely added to the confusion because I didn't understand how you could tell. Idk about his tattoo though.
Well all y'all keep up the good work, and have a nice safe productive week😉
wow I cut trees for a living sometimes and really got scared the first few seconds of the video going up really high into air I don't know how to do it you got my respect man great work the view was azome from the top of the tree be safe and keep up the good work thanks for sharing your videos and knowledge
first lol
Nice size pick, did you make those spider leg crane ropes, Ive only used straps but havent done much crane work.
That is incredibly reckless and dangerous. you trust a crane operator with your life? serious. You guys are the reason the WCB is so high in our field.
i've would love to do this kinda work only thing that's keep's me bored of not intrested in time is to always make the knobs or a rop e on the bracnh ur cutting off, i've would get so frustating then, but still awsome vid, :D
bart degryse whaaaat?
After all that rigging the pick still backflipped why don't you use straps
Why don't you just tie a clove hitch instead of that mess of a bolin on a bite
nephilly87 *bowline
