nah, fam you just don't know what you're doing. I've used FL before I got Maschine and still do sometimes. I've watched dudes make some fire in less than 15 min on FL Listen to some old 9th Wonder beats. He won a grammy and several platinum plaques using Fl Studio to make beats in less than 10 minutes. He switches back and forth now between FL and an MPC 2500, but you can't tell the difference on which tool he used because all his beats equally knock. its not tools u use its the man behind it,

Truth be told. Idk if yall notice nowadays, but everybody is using the same sounds, same vst's..... No matter what genre it is, people are using the same sounds. If your trying to make old school hip hop your better off getting a machine from that era... Idk something like an MPC. Maschine is great too, but I feel that the MPC limits you, and forces you to be more creative. This applies if your sampling really.

hardware or software...me i love hardware i got hardware up the ass but wen u put that hardware in a computer your shit dont hit like it was in the hardware yea i used fl studio but it should not take 2 hours to fuckin make a beat...the software is made to just fuck u over...anybody know to invest in the best shit...that y they sale u hardware so high price cuz thats the best shit...mpc is better then fl studio..
