The L.L. Bean Ascent Packaway Jacket is made from Primaloft one. You can learn more about this fiber technology on there website at www.primaloft.com. I really like this jacket for its compactness and style. I have worn the jacket in weather down to about 40 degrees and found it to be really comfortable and warm. Your mileage may vary. I highly recommend this jacket, its been a great addition to my backpacking gear. It is also a great jacket for travel.
