Could be a flow 2. I don’t think it’s a 360 camera since the dome like shape is a little too flat.

The RF10 has phenomenal battery life. It’s not the brightest but I get way over 3 hours at full whack! The front lens can be screwed off as well if you want a wider (softer) light so that the projected image is less defined and wider. It also runs very cool so you can leave it on for very extended periods with no heat. Sometimes, if I have a boring white wall or something, I project a pattern and turn the light down and then fill in the shadow parts with a Falcon F7, again at low level. You get a more interesting wall to look at then!

Intresting, II am very curious because I mainly use Osmo pocket 3. But started using nsta 360 pro 2.

It looks like a 360 camera lens. It’s probably a fish eye lens that will do a follow me function just like the action 5 pro does. The action 5 pro uses this technology so I think that’s what it will be.

I have been thinking. I don’t think Dji feel the need to update the op3 just yet. It still sells like crazy one year in. I hope they take the next step and introduce a pro model to complement it. Three lenses and a slight larger screen. Perhaps a larger camera all in all. To truly make it a creators dream. Then see what Insta does with this and make the op4 to compete with it. If it is a similar product. I feel something is missing in the camera space and a pro pocket with different focal length would definitely be something I would buy. I still prefer using my iPhone because of the three lenses but if Dji make it. I’ll switch immediately.

Hi, in my opinion a Pocket 3 competitor would have had a lot of rumors for months, it' s a high range sophisticated product. I think it is a lower and simpler stuff.

This camera is complete garbage. I bought it for my work and youtube channel but i almost did not use it because it has so many problems and the video quality is terrible. I've only used it for 2 night videos. It is crazy that DJI Action 4 and old GoPros have much better video. Here are some of the problems : 1. Terrible HDR processing ( normal 10bit mode looks terrible ) ,halo effect, sky and clouds look bad 2. To sharp and noise reduction effects even at -2 3. Problems with USB C doors not closing ( production flaw ) 4. Shifting Vignetting Effect 5. Trumpet shape flares 6. Overexposing bursts light change They pay all these "influencers" who are basically releasing a false commercial without even testing the products or mentioning the problems, misleading the normal customers. They only care about making more money and have 0 conscience in telling the truth. At the same time, regular customers of DJI who actually use their products become FREE beta testers. They have been releasing rushed, not tested products for a long time now. The biggest problem is that people tolerate this behavior and praise that DJI after 5-6 months finally fixes some problems via firmware. Why don't they pay people to test the camera first and then release a product that works?!!?! Why do we have half-usable and bug-full products for the first 5-6 months?

Hi. Thanks for the video. I completely disagree with you!!! 1. I said that problems appear in cloudy weather, or when twilight falls. Also, when you shoot yourself, this problem is not so obvious. 2. It is NOT good to completely fix the shutter speed and ISO. If you shoot at home with set lighting, where there are no changes in lighting, then fix everything. If you shoot outside, where the lighting changes, then these are ruined shots. I have a feeling that we do not understand each other! 3. Example: - D-LOG M / cloudy weather / walk, shooting the surrounding world / rocksteady stabilization / Action 5 - Shutter speed 1/500 ISO 100-800 = sharp jumps in brightness and a vignette on the sides of the screen. - D-LOG M / cloudy weather / walk, shooting the surrounding world / rocksteady stabilization / Action 5 - Shutter speed 1/500 ISO300 = no brightness jumps, no vignette. loss of information in the shadows, loss of information in the highlights. - D-LOG M / cloudy weather / walk, shooting the surrounding world / stabilization off (Gimbal) / Action 5 - shutter speed 1/500 ISO 100-800 = great picture. - D-LOG M / cloudy weather / walk, shooting the surrounding world / Pocket 3 - shutter speed 1/500 ISO 100-800 = great picture, very smooth change in brightness. 4. I do not want to offend you or hurt you in any way. I want DJI to finish the Action 5 update and take into account the real problems. 5. Why don't I shoot in Normal 10 bit??? - Normal 10 bit = too sharp even with Texture -2 - Normal 10 bit = inadequate HDR - Normal 10 bit = very strange color None of this is in D-log M. But in D-log M there are brightness jumps and a vignette.

Personally, I like D-LOG M best of all the profiles. It gives a more natural image. Part of the artificial typical Action Camera appearance is more normal. But we all have different preferences. As always a great video and many good tips.

VIVID in the OA5pro it is for me

I agree, if I shoot in log and apply the DJI LUT, the LUT only works on half the footage and then I have to go back and correct clip by clip. Its very time consuming

I use D log M and Dji’s lut, but that vivid looks great, I’ll definitely use that if I have the opportunity

Actually no difference on A or B... i think this is just a clickbait video... you didnt show us anything... not the vivid setting not the normal one...nothing...just wasting our time and talking non sens to make that minutes for commercials...shame on you...

I understand and appreciate what you're trying to show, but the D-Log M Camera is using the old firmware in one specific setting and the other 'newer-built' Neutral Camera is using the 'Beta version' of the latest firmware in a completely different setting? It doesn't seem like a straight comparison to me anyway, as we don't know the overall effect the 'Beta' firmware is having on the new camera. 🙏

I think I will like the normal profile. In your video is clear that it preserves the clouds better and fixes the bluish tone of log+lut that I’m also seeing in my footage. The neutral is warmer and like it . Useful comparison! Ciao

Thanks for pointing this out. I didn't realize that color profiles also shift as the camera adjusts to other settings such as exposure, white balance, contrast, saturation, and tone curves in real-time whereas the LOG profile is static. I was wondering if applying LUTs in camera were any different and it does not appear to be the case. That being said, I do like the image from D-LOG-M here better most of the time because it has less contrast and sharpening. I usually shoot with manual settings when I'm shooting in LOG but this confirms why you should do so. At a minimum, manual white balance. I also like to set maximums on ISO even if I leave ISO on auto to keep the image from falling apart. I'd rather realize I'm underexposed than to have the camera crank the ISO beyond what will look good on a standard monitor or TV. I wish there were something in between...wait, a "flat" profile with extra low sharpening and contrast? Or perhaps the ability for a camera to use a LUT as a baseline but make dynamic adjustments just like it does with other camera profiles?

I've been trying to tell ppl this since I began my channel, if I was ANY company I would concentrate on the 92% of end users that don't utilize LOG/10Bit or even now what it is. This is not circa 2015 anymore where you could tell the difference between an 8Bit and 10Bit video. With todays' camera tech that gap has closed in, back in my days where the two main noticeable differences were dynamic range and banding but we aren't seeing these issues in cameras like the Ace Pro, Ace Pro 2. Look at every single review out there we've seen between Ace Pro/GoPro and DJI even ones that aren't sponsored, we are seeing very minimal differences between all the flagships, in some cases the Ace Pro is beating in quality against 10 bit cameras. And did you noticed something else? since the Ace Pro was introduced, I have not seen one complaint really with dynamic range or banding issues from the Ace Pro line? I will bet anyone money that I can take a DJI 10 Bit DLOGM video and an Ace Pro 2 8 Bit video and color grade them both side by side and no one would notice the difference ;)

You have the sharpening turned up on Vivid? Branches have much more edge artifacts for instance.

If I pause the video at 8:33, clouds and also the wall of the house is at very different sharpness, it makes me hard to believe both cameras are using the same de-noise and sharpening settings, it may also happen the new firmware is processing the data differently.

D log here looks much nicer than the normal profile 1. The oversharpening is much less noticeable on log 2. The HDR halos are less visible and rhe overall image being the colours and contrast look more natural It can still be improved but it looks much closer to the pocket 3 colour science than the normal profile can output PS: if you want the best results from the action 5, you should use d log M, both noise reduction at -2 and texture at -2, locked white balance and 1/200 shutter for superior stabilisation at 50-60fps

Nice video. I don't use DJI's official DLOG-M to Rec709 conversion LUT, I don't use any LUT actually. What I do is transform DLOG-M (which is Rec709) into DWG (DaVinci Wide Gamut), and at the end I transform DWG into Rec709, and I do all the editing within the DWG color space before converting the output to Rec709. To save time I save a Power Grid with all this already done. It's the same process I use for my other cameras.

You are absolutely correct most users don't want to waste time with post processing!
