    Just because you don’t understand the intricacies of why victims hesitate and wait years until a specific moment to accuse their abusers, doesn’t mean you can skip that important question. The male and female accusers also have the right to be innocent of not lying about abuse until they’re proven guilty. You’re showing a disgusting bias of yours. I don’t know why you decided to use the “innocent until proven guilty” bs for just one side and for just one of the alleged abusers. Just because it’s your job to defend people until they’re proven guilty, doesn’t mean you can turn the other cheek when there is solid video evidence plus witnesses. Law degrees does not give us the right to be a silent observer. Law degrees don’t give us the benefit of turning the other way to videos, photos, text messages, dozens of witness accounts, money transfers just because you haven’t done the deep research. And you know that law doesn’t always lead us to help give people justice. So get out of here with that. Law degrees give us options.

    I agree to an extent and I think this is a very touchy issue because at the same time if they're comfortable doing it online what's to keep them from progressing to doing it in real life you know rape and pedophilia is illegal to even make hentai of in most countries now and by that standard yes it should be illegal to do this in virtual reality I mean fuck if you can't even watch your cartoon about it why should you be able to reenact it in a virtual world. And not only that why should you be able to virtually assault someone and why should they have to put up with you virtually assaulting them you don't go into a virtual reality game expecting that unlike your example of Call of Duty you go into Call of Duty expecting to be shot that's the whole point of the game the whole point of virtual reality is not to be sexually assaulted. Not only this talking about this kind of stuff is against the TOS on many platforms. I do get your point though I don't necessarily 100% agree with it but I do understand it. It's a game you know but at the same time we have to set boundaries and the last thing we should want is for virtual reality worlds to become a safe haven for those who want to Force themselves upon women children and just really anyone in general against the will. To be quite Frank I don't even think they should be up for debate especially when children are involved which this incident did involve a child. And trying to mitigate this is just as bad as being a pedophile yourself

    • @unmortal8672
      @unmortal8672 7 місяців тому

      And another thing you have to ask yourself what if this was your child that was getting assaulted what if this was your child who was having someone talk filthy to them and say they want to do so and so to it and then actually reenacting what they did in front of your child because that's essentially what this is me personally I would not want someone enacting with this kind of stuff in front of my child or really anyone for that matter unless it's consensual

    I know somebody who was involved closely in that trial and they told me that after OJ was acquitted, Judge Ito went back to his chamber and cried for hours blaming himself for letting the court room go out of control and as a result allowing an obvious murderer go free. Judge Ito’s error was that he thought it was so obvious OJ was guilty, that he allowed the defense attorneys to do anything they wares in the court room giving them a long leash
