Praise God from Whom All Blessings Flow - The Cavaliers
The Cavaliers drum corps from Illinois rehearsing at a middle school in Houston. The warm-up they are playing is the doxology "Praise God from Whom All Blessings Flow." Awesome sound!

I feel the Doxology is an important piece of framework for how we should understand the unfolding UAP/ UFO Phenomenon story. A topic now being discussed openly in the US Congress, with the question what will it mean for our faith. The Doxology has an answer. One of the oldest, most commonly played, well known hymns in all of Christianity. And if we look at the words, there is both an acknowledgment of something- and a rank ordering of things. Do we, creatures, understand the Heavenly Hosts of antiquity? Would the UAP not be considered Hosts in biblical times? And most importantly, Regardless, it’s God alone who sits atop the throne. That is the wisdom of the ages, distilled into 4 lines of hymn. Praise God. Amen.
Incidentally, UA-cam is suppressing this.
Praise God from whom all blessings flow. Praise him all creatures here below. Praise him above ye heavenly host. Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Amen.
OH how great this is I am having tears of joy so WELL DONE
Why’s the drum major shirtless?
Why are people shirtless? What kind of perv shit is this?
Absolute chills, and I only heard one Amen from the room.
I love it, and Amen! As an organist, I always love playing the doxology after the Offertory! 😊🎹🎼
There is something about the breath meeting the brass that makes me feel this is how the Doxology is supposed to sound
Also. Shirtless. The conductor just bare chested. Shirt off because it woulda gotten blown off anyway….
Before hearing this version, I'd a told you that my preference to Christmas/Christian music is acapella. But this version literally gives me chills each time I hear it.
Wow. Fucking wow.
AMAZING!
Beautiful ❤
The most beautiful thing I have ever heard. All praise be to the Almighty!
But why is he not wearing a shirt?
Well done!
What a day it will be when we join friends and family in heaven and sing this together.
Sounds like the organ at the Crystal Cathedral.
Sound like star wars 😂😁😁😁
Why does that guy have no shirt on?
Oh no they played so loud his shirt flew away
I just noticing....is the director wearng a shirt?
That arrangement was the most inspiring, brilliant version i have ever heard.
I can just imagine bowing before Jesus on His throne with this playing in His court room with thousands times thousands of His redeemed people and our loved ones bowing together. The tears just stream, wow. Amén.
Beautifully said, brother. I can't wait to sing this with you and millions of His redeemed on that day!
that's sooooo fine.... so gentle and yet so grand and exalting...
ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY CAVALIERS!!!! ❤️💚🖤🤍❤️👏👏👏👏🤗🤗🤗🤗
Must be really hot in there.
I will need this at my wedding please
That was magnificent
Donna Warner came up to me back in the early 2004 I believe I was traveling throughout the United States in my motorhome and it came up to me, we were talkin about Drum Corps obviously. Cavaliers one of my all-time favorite Junior drum Coors and the only all-male remaining Drum Corps in United States today. Long live the Cavaliers, I am not really a big fan of the activity today like I was years ago, but I still respect the Cavaliers organization. God bless all present and past members. Don Warner, may you rest in peace
That’s Don Warren. Don founded The Cavaliers in 1948. I’m a proud alumnus.
Tears!!! But why is the conductor shirtless?
This is at a high school. They probably have been using the football field to practice. They , mostly likely, came in to cool off. Some corps even stay overnight in high school gyms as they travel for competitions.
There is a point where they sound like a pipe organ playing with all the stops out. Beautiful. I do have a question, though. Why are some of them shirtless?
A tiny foretaste of what the trumpet sound on the Last Day will sound like.
Sounds like the Kingdom of God - absolutely majestic!
A moment in time. Since then, each of these boys have dispersed - and none of these boys will play in this group together ever again
Sounds like the Cavaliers.
A lot of the comments here echo my feelings. The witness of the Holy Spirit in the heart of one who is born again can’t help but react to praise like that. I’m glad at least one man who was there to hear that mighty sound of worship for our God was moved to shout AMEN!! I would done the same.
Didn't catch the "amen" until you pointed it out. Couldn't agree more! Amen indeed!
Why is he shirtless?
Why is this shirtless hooligan directing this?
Wow... my eyes just exploded with tears. Can you imagine being in that room?! Just beautiful and so powerful. Amazing!
The “God Frequency” will do it to ya! 🙏🏻💓💗💓💗🙏🏻
I guess i'll have to ask the question ; why is he out of his shirt ?
They had been practicing outside
I've watched this the year it was first uploaded 6 years ago and now I'm watching it in 2020 and still gives me chills. Just cried and praised God for still being here in this pandemic. 👏🏽👏🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Little warning for anyone who goes to see an indoor drum corps rehearsal. Wear ear protection. I marched 3 summers and you HAVE to wear it. It's just too loud
is there a transcription of this anywhere? thanks
Outstanding...so acoustically inspiring ... let alone truth.
Where are their shirts?
I’m so used to hearing and playing this in G major as opposed to B major as in this case. It sure sounds stately, majestic and beautiful. I’d love to have this band playing the Doxology with me on the pipe organ, we’d tear it up! Ralph Vaughn Williams would be proud!
Bb major
Needs more contra
It is so good. Avon Marching band from Avon Indiana always plays this ON THE FIELD before every performance. It is one of my favorite pieces, and Avon's tradition is sacred.
Praise thee Mr. Ware
YES.
Why exactly are they playing this?
