Makavelics. I used paralel bars in firts place, some negatives and the bat exercise with support for the back instead of perform in sweedish bars. I think the last one is the most specific for developing enought strengh in back extensors without depending of you wrist and shoulder (Thanks to the wall support). Dominic Lacasse had some good tutorial for planche with exercises that you could apply for this purpose; but he deleted the damm thing from his channel

yes thanks. it would be great when you add some example or make a video about it when it is in your interest. i find this video very nice /watch?v=-hlWgH3_0NU. my training to day brings me to antoher question about the wrist. when i hold me handstand for so long i can that is about 40 seconds my wrist begins to hurt or to burn. is it necessary for the habituation ?
I usually do twice a week some prehab exercises. I bring ideas from Ido portal, Gymnastic Bodies and other things I see for there, seems me appropiate and implementing them. Have I answered your question?

Nice work! If I can provide some criticism: in the CSF the quality of movement can increase especially there is lack of attention to details around the squat and femur management. Also, less pauses and jerkiness overall and more - seamless flow. As for the Bridge QDR2QDR movement - you are not doing a QDR2QDR - just one QDR! Re-examine the original video and notice the difference. PS Its 'Floreio' and not 'Floreiro'... Common mistake! :) Keep up the good work!
