Hi, were you able to solve the problem with the steering wheel button, which sends directly to the map?

It's been 2 years i have this code appears on my vehicle screen. It's a software issue which can cause the car to go on safe mode and shut down the hybrid system. Been to 3 different honda dealerships they can't fix it. The swapped the computer module but still has the same issue. I buy this brand new accord touring for $40K just waste of money. Toyota hybrid's are way reliable.

Thanks for these videos-super helpful! New owner of a 2017 Abarth Cab with a grey top and it’s looking a bit rough so I also picked up the 303 cleaner and protectant. One question-why did you cover everything up with plastic before applying? Is the protectant particularly harsh on body paint, etc?

I just took my car 2023 hybrid sport to dealer on last week they don’t have any updates yet. They even reached to engineer at honda who have not responded yet.

Took the car for service and showed them this issue....they performed a diagnostic test only to tell me no updates available and then tried charging me the $170...I politely told them HELL NO ......Now that I think about it ...this might have something to do with the Cyber attack that the dealers are resolving,too!!!!

Btw the poiler is meseed up all lifting if seen any others all flush like new yours needs a new one replaced all gaps water gets in ussless spoiler that get it sorted ❤❤

I can’t find a manual that covers the Cabrio at all. I’ve read that it’s available in Italian but have not been able to find it. I ended up using the same lube you used after researching and before I saw your video so you’ve given me some confidence that I didn’t have originally. I did see one mechanic say that the type of lube used is less important than just cleaning and using any lube every 10K miles. Best of luck.

FYI the manual doesn’t include instructions, just gives their recommended lubricant (which isnt available in the US haha)

Have it reset by entering safe mode. Press home button for 5 seconds and hit safe mode.

How much do they weight?

On the right side on the driver side was supposed to be tuxcked in....you weren't supposed to use clips there.

I just figured it out. Hit home button and go to Home Screen. Once you are there, hold down home button and it will pop up a message to reboot. I rebooted and it fixed my issues!

They need install software my dealership says it’s take 3 hours I make appointment for Monday. Hope they fix

Just took my Accord to the dealer with the issue this morning, for now, the 3rd time. 0They said it was a network update. Hope they're right.

i got the same car 2 weeks ago and im getting the same error message. went to 2 Honda dealerships and they said there is no fix to it yet as of 11/17. the service desk for both dealership here in the Kansas City area said all 2023 Accord models is experiencing the same problem and as soon as there's an update available Honda would issue a recall for the update to be done

10/28/23 UPDATE The dealership performed a CAN Network Reset to fix the audio unit updater. So far, so good! The System Update icon searches for updates and shows no errors. I'm hopeful that it's fixed since it hasn't reappeared yet.

Same exact issue here. Dealerships tell me there is no resolution from Honda at this time. On phone with Honda and they are telling me that "updates will be sent to the dealership to update the cars".

I'm heading in this weekend to try a supposed new fix for the update issue. I'll update after it's over with the results.

Having this same issue, got my car in February! But I downloaded the Honda link on my phone, and subscribed to the thing, took a while for me to get approved (on trial for 3 months before I start paying for it monthly) but today when I log in the app! I saw it said I got 2 updates which would take 3 mins to complete! I was so excited, and clicked update! After about 5 mins opened the app! And it said error in updates 😭😭😭! Don’t know if it’s coz my car is far away! But will try again tomorrow and see! That’s all I got that I know I haven’t seen on the internet! Let me know if and how and when you get yours thanks

I have the same issue, Update Unavailable, Code KT10. Call the dealer, got the same answer, they do not know anything, stated I should be getting a letter from Honda regarding this issue, and gave me the 1-800 number to Honda if I don't hear anything in the next couple of weeks.
