This had to be one of the best reactions I’ve watched you covered a lot of the faults of the Jiang Family and I appreciate that! I don’t think you covered when Jiang Cheng literally tried to choke Wei Ying to death which I feel way to many people skip over because yeah it’s great that JC protected WY later but bro tried to kill him just a bit earlier after he’s already been whipped and then dragged through a losing war. I get that JC was a grieving child but none of his behavior was okay and the tragedies that occurred don’t excuse how badly he treated WY at times. And people always say “Jiang Cheng doesn’t hate Wei Ying” sure young him doesn’t but old him was happy to despise him and use him as a scape goat for everything that went wrong in his life because of his own childish expectations. (Sorry I don’t say any of this to be rude I just needed to rant). Anyways I love that you covered the abuse Wei Ying suffered while in the Jiang Clan because lots of people skip over it for more Wangxian (and I love the ship but holy fuck do people not pay enough attention to all the shit Wei Ying went through and how strong he is, like he doesn’t NEED Lan Zhan, he’s not a damsel in distress-though he certainly wouldn’t mind pretending to be-) Anyways I loved this video!
