Hello. I'm about to purchase this. Have talked to them, they have my info, and are waiting for payment to ship. My question is that after 2 months, what are you thoughts? Sound issues? Leaks? Oops. Set of headers, 3" intake, no cats and 3" exhaust. Tune is a 93 octane tune from HemiFever.

All stock internals with 150k miles on them. Only has a set of headed

stock magnum? going to dyno mine soon, stock except for the smallest cam Hughes makes, 208/214 @ .050 w/ .512/.520 lift. That's as big as you can go without modifying the heads. Waiting for my new exhaust, hoping for around 250hp/350lbs to the wheels.

We did a 2005 5.7 HEMI in a 99 TJ (on my channel) . Pushing dana 60 gears and 35" tires with a small shot of nitrous it only made 305 RWHP and 335 TQ. It takes a lot to push those big tires.

Did you follow a forum or anything when you did the initial engine swap? also would it be better for me if I just found a donor vehicle that had the 5.9 liter motor and the transmission ,computer?

Not bad really. Wiring was the hardest, but I hate wiring. Get the alldatadiy info for each rig and compare the pinout diagrams. Had to clearance the firewall for the heads, but I wanted to keep the current driveshafts and mate to my AX-15

How was the swap? Found a 5.9 zj I wanna use as a donor.. Debating the swap for my tj. How difficult was it wiring wise? Mechanical experience and decent welder

Gas mileage is 14-16 on average for my 20 mile commute in the city. One road trip I cleared 17, but driving like shown on the video nets closer to 10. ;-)

It's a 505 Performance kit, but I bought it used. Runs very well, but is very temperamental. Also cracks headers often, even the ones with the expansion joints.

Which turbo did you get? Isn't a 4.0? Tell me more
