Hello, thank you for your truthfulness on the program. I'm just a week in, but my question is... did you loose a lot of hair on the program? I noticed your hair looked thinner in the bang area. I'm worried about that because I have already lost hair due to menopause (which now I'm post menopausal) and being 60 years old.

I’m about to start month 2 in a few days I’m already bored with the 5 and 1 food choices I crave fresh food all the time. I committed to do 3 months but the “fuelings” taste Strange and are made with soy so I don’t feel super confident eating it. My commitment is what is keeping me going but can’t wait to get past the 3 rd month . I will say that I like the convenience of having something to eat when I’m hungry that I can just grab and go or just whip up quickly. The food just got really boring really fast for me but I’m sticking to it Bc I had lost 6 pounds in one month. I like having a clear plan of action as opposed to not knowing what to eat -

Hi, I am on this program 1 month and nobody said you cant workout. I workout daily and also training for half marathon. My coach modified the program for me, by adding extra protein. And suprisingly I am doing great with working out and staying consistent on this program. Best of luck!!!

what about things that say "other" written under the recycling symbol?? i see this on plastics like chip bags, snack wrappers, ramen packages, etc. Its slightly thicker plastic but not sturdy. Not as thin as a grocery bags but still crunchable plastic. is that vinyl or landfill trash?? im so confused.

You can work out. There are videos on it. You may need to add a snack or a light lean and green but it can be done. Im on it too and i go pretty hard on the work outs. Some days you feel tired and your body needs more. Add some light protein and a light veggie you're good to go

If you want to loose weight and keep it off, you have to completely stop sugar, and limited your carbohydrates, ultra processed foods, vegetable oils and other junk. This will include most fast fast foods, basically, the typical American diet is deadly. Forget the expensive weird packaged diet junk, it won't work and is nutritionally dead. Eat a lot of eggs, fatty meats, green vegetables. Over time this will eliminate your insulin resistance.

Are you aware of a website that tells how much these units go for each month? I can't find it anywhere online. We are coming there in August. We are Army. Husband is an E6 and we have no kids so we won't a smaller unit. Just can't find anything on prices lol
