This video needs more views and needs to be pinned I was turning the fan on just like you said only thing was my heat and fan would cut on but the heat would cut off about 10 mins after and the fan would continue to run making it cold as the North Pole in my sleeper so thank you for this video

The apu has no reason to be in standby if you cut the power switch. FYI the standby is for when you dont have a kill switch or you are not using the kill switch but parked and using the tv, microwave and fridge. The standby will make sure you dont kill your batteries while relaxing in the truck without the climate control activated.

How do you get it out of standby

In cold weather, put it on standby while you park the truck for awhile is the key information

Put it on ac mode like that’s not saying anything had to figure that out. Be more detailed if you want to show something

Dam bro my dumb ass should of looked this up a long time ago! Thank you so much! I was freezing my ass of and couldn’t get a good nights sleep. I kept having to get up and turn the dam truck on then stay up till it got warm in my truck! Its currently 17 degrees out here in Missouri. Thanks again bro!

What do you do if it is doesn't restart? I push button green snowflake comes on standby light goes off a few seconds green snowflake and green fan goes off not started

This may be different for prime fleet trucks.. but in my 2 and 1/2 years of driving experience ive only ever seen that battery cutoff switch installed in freightliner trucks.. it doesn't exist in international or volvo trucks unless an aftermarket switch was installed.
