You clearly never rode a 2stroke. Educate yourself before saying something dumb. 2strokes will seize when engine breaking

What do you mean with low engine pressure? Do you mean low compression?

@@2strokerides yeah it was like 80psi when its supposed do be 120psi and as a result the bike dosent greate a good enough of a vacum to pull fuel it uses up and eventualy the fuel lines are empty after like 5min of riding

The only modification is an arrow exhaust. My bike will do 160km/h on the gauge so about 150gps. It also has 28mm carb. Max rpm is about 13k but power does drop off. Shifting after 11k rpm doesnt make sense.

Reeds are still original. Checked them not so long ago and they still look great. Powervalve is also the original solenoid one. I clean it every 2000km to get the carbon off the valve otherwise it will get stuck in the cylinder but it performs beatifully if you keep up with the maintance

It's engine coolant temperature. The screen can also be cycled to show battery voltage, the time or a lap timer but I have it at coolant temperature so I know what the engine is doing

Never had an RS50 but I have had mopeds with AM6 and D50B0 engines (same engine as RS50). They are great fun but arent the most reliable en use alot of fuel for a 50cc. Would definitly buy one if your in the market for one but expect that it will let you down once or so

It's a 2stroke. Oil is mixed in the fuel. No throttle means no fuel and no oil. No oil means no lubrication and no lubraction on high rpm means that the engine will seize. Pulling the clutch and giving a bit of throttle means that the engine stays lubracted and wont break down. This is only on 2 strokes and isnt a problem on 4 strokes

Later models had a separate oil chamber so you didn't have to.mix it with the fuel. 2000 onwards definitely as I had a 2000 50cc and later 125cc models which all.had the separate oil chamber.

@@Noodles084 all RS125's have a oil tank with oil pump. Pulling the clutch is still better for the engine

He was too slow, had to brake constantly not to run in the back of him ;)

I bought mine with a A1 license too. Great bikes but you need to be mechanicly minded yourself. They need ALOT of maintance and buy one that has had its maintance in the past because if it has been neglected it will break. They are a but unreliable but nothing to bad.

@@2strokerides yah my mate restores bikes he said it it wat cheaper to go let them make a quick sticker than buy the after market stickers He said on an entire sticker kit for a ktm 300 hé saved 2000 rand this is in South Africa btw that is about 110 US dollars by just letting them remake them for you

@@2strokerides another tip mate use a anti static wipe to take of dust before paint it is a small purchase of Like 3 is dollars but you will get a super clean look on black paint as black is the paint that shows imperfections most

Literally the best 125 you can ever buy as a 16 year old and arguably the best 125cc 2t ever made

@@quackman7597 I completely agree. These bikes are amazing. This transmission blew up because it was installed wrong by the previous owner. It had been taken apart and a circlip wasnt placed back.
