I am ending my life. I ended up in a house. I'm anorexic and they have food restrictions even though I get low blood sugar at night. Had seizure over that. They say horrible things to me like don't compliment your housemates picture because I asked her not to slam the door so loud as I only get 4 hours sleep max. I was written up and punished not allowed travel with her. I relapsed. I have. Cyst or something in my womb and my bmi hovers around a very low 15 the only thing keeping me alive is a very tiny bone structure. They laugh at me though I fear the food can give me cancer and grow teh cysts. I was gaining weight just fine and I'd weight restored before. Not bad.
i think i am ambivert
where't the "how to deal with one" part tho
I can’t watch this full video because of my adhd
True
I have an OC with R-OCD where he’s constantly worried about his partner dying or getting hurt in any way Do you have any tips on writing him?
Well I just realized I have a fake friend..😅😮
WHEN THE WIND IS SLOW
Empath not empeth! Lol
My family never cared about my anger problems and i was mocked for asking for help
Versus nor verse
My friendship checks ALL these boxes!!! I'm glad her last blow up at me was my last! I wished her nothing but a hugely blessed life without me in it😂!
The stepchildren are not step they are the normal ones
OCD is a real pain in the s!
I learned my differences from the other humans a few weeks ago. ADHD is not an illness or bad thing. Just a differences from the others. Just we should learn how to live with this differences in society. Actually, we are I mean ADHD people x men. So, we have secret power our inside just we have to find it.
I dont know what to do. For personal reasons, we'll call her B. Well B called me racist. Though i wasnt rude. I now feel like a bad person for being racist unknowingly. Though even i try not to blsme myself. Shes not black, shes mixed. I don't know what to, do. She says bad stuff about me and my other friend. Call her S. S told me about this. Shes also rude to S. I just don't know what to do. I dont want to hurt her feelings, even if my other friends and parents tell me she deserves it. I just really want to leave. Please, any advise it the replies i really need answers. 💔
Hey can I call for therapy , I forgave my husband many many times , time after time of finding stuff in his phone with proofs that he was unfaithful I’m at the point where I can’t get over it and move past it anymore especially knowing he spends money on other women when he doesn’t want me to work and now I have too many kids to even be able to work I don’t want to put my two small babies in day care I just don’t know what to do I can’t suppress my feelings anymore I’m miserable but I rather be miserable than to have my babies be miserable
Towards the end you mentioned that it's important to identify if someone simply needs space and silence to process their emotions, vs the silent treatment specifically. How does one identify the differences?
My friend is the “my fox stole my keys” except it’s “oh my god I let dudes dump their loads in me and I’m pregnant with my third kid from a third diff guy idk how this could happen 😭😭
These aren’t friends they’re narcissistic users
I’m talking to a lady right now that has bipolar, I don’t know which one because she doesn’t tell me. I’m doing all the research I can on what this is because I need to understand this in order for us to evolve. Having a partner with bipolar is not for the weak. You need to be mentally strong to obtain that relationship.
SO MUCH MEE FINALLY❤❤
I'm borderliner and this is confusing to me, I've been tested to ADHD and I'm not, could it be correlated? Because if I'm overwhelmed I can completely freeze... And then I even cry because not being able to do things gives me physical pain, and then I do even less 😭😭😩
1st one is so fucking real. i might jump off guys. dont call for help plz.
An important thing not memtioned is Childhood trauma. This is the very cause of a scarcity mindset.
So true for me. This holiday anxiety is causing me financial anxiety and is making me feel fearful of poverty, with negative thoughts of becoming bankrupt and Ithink is from my childhood trauma of being a failure and causing me shame together with trauma of seeing my dad anxious on our expenses. Resulting to seeing myself at fault or overspending. Causing my dad to get anxious and problematic. I felt like a bad son evertime I needed to spend to go out with friends or ask for clothes or celebrate or eat out. I found it hard to celebrate. Anyway, its caused scarcity mindset😢
My friend is toxic and i tried to break up but she doesn’t understand that i hate her and i am not interested in her as in grade six
Yep adult daughter here.. I have all these
They know what they are doing and they definitely know what they are. The two go hand in hand ✋️ 😂 tell these monsters to GTFO of your life.
To anyone that has a bipolar spouse. May God have mercy on your soul. Twenty-six years of agony.
I'm 10 years brother into the marriage with kids. I am beyond my mental capacity to put up with her, and my mental health concerns me.
Do a lot of people have adhd? A lot of these seem to be very common. Thanks
I get this when it comes to my finances
Everything is a symptom of Social Anxiety Disorder now
So everyone hates me cause I posted a vid saying that I don't like someone then everyone started hating me and now school is even more hell
Amazing video, thanks!!
I’m 62, marries 36 years. I know what the changes are. Medical issues have changed my husband. (An aneurysm 3.5 yrs ago). Impatience, some denial and physical skin sensitivities are his new normal. How can those be overcome? Above all, I want to able to voice my concerns without being dismissed. The aneurysm has changed all that.
I deal with nausea and its like a loop but this might seem that im crazy or sm i might kill myself cause i hate having nausea evrey single day
ADHD is hitting play on this video and checking my emails within the first 15 seconds looololl. Gotta laugh at myself sometimes!
Very accurate, went through all those in my first marriage, simple explanation, I was with the wrong woman, now 6 years into my second marriage life can’t get any better, good luck to to everyone going through that situation, just walk away, start over, life is too short!!!
My husband has ultrarapid cycle bipolar disorder and it is killing me 😢😢😢😢
for me its because genuinely everyone in my grade bullies me and i only have one person i can genuinely trust in that building
The first one is shit.

I am very happy that I left my husband from Pakistan 2 months ago and that this toxic Marriage is over. It really got worse between me and him ,and it was an unbearable Situation for me.Every now and then he started quarelling with me,insulting me and pressing me for money - I was fed up and just left him. Also he frequently threathened me with Divorce and that he wanted to break up with me.And then shortly when I left him he wrote me a letter requesting me to return to him. I do not want to be together with him anymore ,i just want to be in peace.
Most of what you’re saying may apply to rejection sensitivity, but not RSD. The suggested “coping” strategies may be appropriate for a lot of mental health conditions but haven’t been found to be effective for RSD, so it’s not really fair to tell people they have. I’d strongly encourage you to use the research of Dr. William Dodson, who coined the term, so you’re not giving people bad information and false hope.
Me:
thankyou ❤️🩹
story of my life.
Thank you this helped me
How do you know everything about myself? Thanks for this video! It makes me feel finally seen and understood
