Thank you so much for watching my video ❤ Yes, due to the chemicals in the product, colouring your hair very light colours will damage your hair, burn it and cause it to fall because keep in mind, when going light, they usually have to use bleach. If you take a look at my videos before this, you can see the colour of my hair and some high lights that I got. The high lights are not very light colours so my hair did not get damaged. If you colour your hair light, it HIGHLY recommend not getting your hair straightened because it will burn your hair and cause it to fall.

The product is called Agave 2 step Retex Straightening system. Google the name love. The package is green.

Yeah that's exactly why I did the perm too, I had curly frizzy hair. I was so tired of it and the amount of time I would have to spend on my hair.

There are many products out there. Some can really damage your hair. My hair dresser uses a very good product so you really need to be careful which brand you use. I also mentioned in my video that you can not colour your hair ANY light colours due to the fact that it is chemicals being used on your hair.

I would not recommend perming your hair since you are 11 years old. Keep in mind, no matter how amazing a product is, it is still chemicals. I used to straighten my hair all the time too love but I started perming my hair when I was 21 years old I believe. I recommend for now, try to straighten your hair less because I do regret straightening it so much in the past, the heat really does damage your hair. Try to find products that tame your curls and work best with your hair type.

Use heat protectants and keep going you are too young to already have damaged hair …

It wouldn't be considered a lead cashier because in a way, you're in charge of everything in the store when the manager is not there. You basically hold a key to the store. You are responsible for opening and closing the store when scheduled to do so, you are responsible for the money in cash registers and much more :)

Yess, as your hair grows, your natural hair will not be growing out straight, it's gana grow out wavy/curly. That's why I would go back every 6 months and re-straighten my roots.

If it is the front section of your hair, that means the product didn't absorbed enough in the front section of your hair. If you mean your roots are wavy, that is your new hair growing depending on how long ago you did the treatment.

If you love your curls, I wouldn't recommend getting a perm because incase you decide to grow your natural hair back, it will take you 1 to 2 years depending on how fast your hair grows

Getting a perm is a commitment btw. If one day you decide to grow your natural hair back, it will take you 1 to 2 years, depending on how fast your hair grows. So if you are ok with that then definitely do it! After washing your hair, your hair will dry straight. The only thing I straighten is my bangs. They would dry flat so I would just straighten it to style it. In this video, skip to 8:36. I wash my hair and blow dry it. You will see how my hair dries straight 😍

Yes, you can not permanently straighten your hair if you have bleached it. Your hair will literally fall off. Even for me, I can not do any light colours anymore.

Awwe no problem 🥰 & it depends on how fast your hair grows. For example for me, it would take exactly two years for all my hair to be curly again. Try to straighten it less because it's going to damage your natural hair and curls. Try to tie it up in a cute bun. Also another trick is, close your hair and clip it in the back and only straighten the surface LOL

When all of my hair is straight, and I sweat, my hair doesn't get curly. When my roots grow out enough that the curly hair shows, if I straighten it and sweat after, yes the roots go curly but the rest of my hair stays straight.

@Adiel I wash my hair after 4 days. With some products, you can wash your hair after 3 days. Ask your hair dresser becuase the hair dresser would know better based on the product that is being used. I would recommend washing it on the 3rd day or 4th day. I would not recommend you to wash it the 2nd day. Also during those 3 or 4 days, even though your hair is already straight, you still need to straighten it everyday while the product is still in your hair.

I am so glad 😍 honestly, to me, it was worth it because I have always wanted straight hair. It is a commitment though, your roots will grow curly. Make sure to use the right product so it doesn't damage your hair.

Be as genuine as possible with customers. They can see right through you lmao I made a lot of sales because if something didn’t look good on them, I’d give them my honest opinion and recommend them something else. Be open to meeting new people. Talk to them as if they are your friend. Don’t try to force a sale, the customer will run away lmao.

In regards to the shoe care, that’s hard because not everyone will be open to it but offer it with every sale obviously. For example, for heels, offer the pads. For the boots or suede materials, offer the sprays or the wipes. The shoe care that you offer, has to go with the shoes that they are buying, can’t just be any random shoe care cus they’ll end up saying no.

Yess permanently straightening your hair does allow your hair to curl if you curl it.

With curly hair, when you sleep, some parts of your hair will get wavy so if you leave it wavy, the product will style those parts of your hair as wavy permanently. You need to straighten it every day to make sure everything stays straight and allow the product to penetrate more into the hair.
