So heads up if you see them doing this with a Gatlin plasma gun they don’t know what the hell they’re doing. You need a big gun that does instant damage and all you gotta do is fire it every five seconds. Dodgy kills your AP, you don’t need it. You don’t need four star Mods on your power armor. Bullet shield, and ricochet will get you through it. Pounder mod is a must have. When I first got my pounders mod I still had rapid as a two star and was only doing 1140 something damage but still cleared it put heavy hitter mod over rapid mod increased damage by 400.

That’s a day one glitch to the plasma gun, the behavior exists since the game launch. The only new thing is that it’s now possible to make it explosive. Due to the extreme low vats accuracy, because it’s still the flamer barrel, it’s only purpose is to fight bosses or low level mobs - imho

I have full overwaters, 2 reflect pieces, full endurance, ricochet and bullet shield and still I always die. I’m using mostly Vulcans power armor

If my numbers are right it only take 20% of your health bar radiated for blooded to do better numbers then anti armor

Actually, right now Aristocrats is the way to go. Because of how AA effects stack currently - card and star effects get divided by two, then added together, but WEAPON MOD effects are additive - what this means is AA+ Stabilized = only 2.5% less AA than just Stabilized with the new Gatling Plasma Stinging Core mod. There is a threshold at which the constant +50% bonus damage becomes better than more AA, and that is why you actually get more DPS on the raid bosses, and bosses in general, with this setup. Especially with the new 4 star armor mods (Rangers) and weapon mods (Polished, Pin-Pointers). And yes, Bloodied will still get you the highest POSSIBLE DPS, but let's be honest most people trying to run Bloodied in raids mostly just die all the time, or run a "light" version that doesn't have you dropping down to near-death health levels, and at that point you are barely doing any more damage than an Aristocrats weapon would, but still have the hassles of a Bloodied build.

All three are fine with Pounders. Bloody for me. If you're used to running bloodied, you'll be good. Put a couple of 4 star mods on your PA for good measure if you have any doubts.

I’ve tried an Anti armour auto axe did around 1300 tried aristocrats bumped up to about 1413 then I tried furious and bumped up to 2k dps on the guardian with no buffs Furious and pounders each contribute to consecutive hit dmg put them together it’s ridiculous lol

I only got the Pounder yesterday, how wonderful, but I was using it with bloody, I'm going to test it today with furious, (note, I killed the guardian 150 times to get the Pounder)

Reaolve breaker seems to be rhe only one worth my time and mabey the cauterizer

Why not test Aristocrats.? You have to have the caps… but on guns…after the milepost zero update….Aristocrats slightly beats anti armor on everything. And I tried this on virtually everything…Earl…the Raid…the Snake…everything. It’s not a big amount…but it’s there. Drawback is the caps. Bloodied is still the king in everything…and it’s a pretty large margin from my testing. The drawback is the low heath and the risk.

I'm reading on Reddit that testing has been done to prove that even a 20% bloodied build outperforms anti-armour. I didn't see the proof. How do you weigh in on that?

Executioner's (50% bonus damage when target is below 50% health) is really strong, it's not +50% base damage, it's full damage x 1.5

I use anti armor for this. Initially I get 900+ damage with food buffs and perks. But then after a quarter or the time, the damage drops to 600+ until it dies. Any idea why the damage is dropping after the initial attack? Any of you all's aa doing the same thing?

you shouldn't take radaway before AA to be fair test, you got rid of nerd rage and probably adrenaline serum working, so it wasnn't pure weapon difference but also different buffs working while comparing

What does High Voltage Hefe do here? It works for AA? Because the Axe is...electric? Or? Does the drink work for Gat Plas too?

100% from polished is not the yellow bar but it should be worded as 200%. reparing it with a repair kit would only register as 30-40% dmg. only if you repair the gun using your perk cards to get a 200% durability will registed the 60%.

Solo in 1:30 by using pounders and the start before it can shoot. I find theinigun is way better

I have to admit, I'd have loves to see your builds attached to each of these weapons. Also, melee can be a bit elegant and where you hit the mob matters. Running up and punching them in the chest doesn't yield the best results.

Lol i always laugh at the commuity.. we want harder more challenging content! Oh cool we found an exploit to make the challenging content easy, this game is so easy and boring, oh no they fixed an exploit making it more challenging again lol you Can't win.

I have enough stamps for either a full suit of Union PA or an Auto Ax. I do not have any points invested into the Funky Duds card. But if I cash in all my unused perk cards, I could get it to 3 stars. I do have the plans for the entire Strangle Heart PA set. I would need to go buy the special steel bars mats, but I can afford it. What would you recommend? Thanks
