🙏🌺 you say : "some do gardening" ... later you say that you spend a lot of time watching videos of animal rescue ... some people dedicate themselves to helping homeless animals... I've been doing this since long and it takes a lot of energy and time, it is a never-ending job !!! ... and there is not much free time left to enter the Inner World and write down the Truths that are discovered in those Depths ... When in the Depths of the Inner World we discover our Divine Essence which is the same in all forms of life, we experience the essential Oneness of all things, then we perceive the suffering of all beings as ours and we work hard to alleviate it ... all things are One in their Essence and this Essence is Love ...from the perception of Oneness comes Empathy, Solidarity, Compassion, Love ... and hard, never- ending work !!! 🙏🌺

After the US election a couple of weeks ago, I have found it surprisingly easy to de-polarize and shift into neutral. When occasional thoughts and feelings arise, I sit with them, release them, accept what is, come what may, and go about my day with a lighter heart. I realize this upcoming turmoil is birthing pain for a new era.

i find that when i go through scary emotions, that animals come to me and show me the way, not all the time, but with some of the more uncharted places... and i know that all this is happening for a reason, and so i let myself feel and think whatever, but also at the same time be an observer and know that it will pass and i dont have to rush myself

I’ve been working at this for months. Feeling my feelings to let them dissolve. It works great. I recently learned that it works with repetitive thoughts too. Then you focus on your skull and become aware of the thought cloud and observe it until it dissolves too. It usually feels like dense energy being lifted.

How do you break out of the 'matrix' thing... A bit about my experience, they the government mandated me out of my medical job, put in a fake covid boarder in Auckland NZ where i couldnt get to my property after a tenant had passed away, so made the decision to sell that property, i worked hard to accomplish a way to support me in retirement, unfortunately at 40 i found myself in a turmoil of breaking free! I woke up fast and seen the corruption that's held over us.... Rouge governments and councils... I sold up became freehold on my land, i now grow vegetables, live off my land a simple life without working for anyone else, i do what i want. Dont have any government assistance by way of income but yet they want taxes from me and property rates from me threatening to take money out of my bank to pay rates its just absolutely bullshit, i feel its a no win battle to be completely free at this point. To many puppets 'just doing there job' until it effects them we are fighting corruption
