wow is all this really from a single steam mod? I a, keen to try this out myself but was worried that it would be a pain to set up. I have never modded ck before but will for this!

It’d be ironic if the reason the game freezes is from schemes, imagine if your satellite hold couldn’t imagine a world without murdering their brethren and froze the game trying to find a new target. No clue if that’d even be possible, just a humorous thought

You can change your feudal contract by having war declaration rights. then your liege's crown authority wouldn't matter.

I think you should leave the iron mountains, move on to another nation. Maybe the shire for banter?

If you have to end the series due to stuttering, then you should restart as the iron hills or erabor.

Ive watched a couple other people play this mod and they have the same issues one of them thinks its when some larger factions go to war it makes the game lag alittle

Im enjoying the series but IF its time to wrap it up, try one of the kingdoms to the far south of the map or the easternlings and make them follow the gondorian religion (whatever its name is) in other words make them good.

I think it's about time you go independant. Staying united is good but it seems you won't get anything done especially with a 0 intrigue character.

WTf man this game is honestly infuriating I'v followed multiple tutorials spents literally days watching playthroughs and tips and tricks videos and I just cant seem to get ahead AT ALL. literally make it 45 minutes to an hour in before it just completely falls apart. Finally had desmond in good shape good council with all positive opinions of me, solid army built up, gold in good shape, good allies, first land claim finished etc. and 2 people decided to declare war on me within 5 minutes of eachother and fucked me.

You can check two things for your lag issue. First check if there's any huge log files in Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\logs. If there is then some mod is broken and spamming errors, slowing down your game. Another thing you can do is check the total number of characters in-game. If the number is over 50k then you're probably running into issues. I use Population Control mod all the time to avoid overpopulation.

The issue is with the expedition, it pretty much breaks the game and if you integrate the hold it will crash

I remember that CK3 had issues like this when you get to the later stages of the game, because of all the characters that are being created. maybe it is something like that. sadly I don't know if there is a fix for it, but I remember that a friend told me that after the plague dlc he had no issues anymore because he keeps them far higher than the normal rate to remove alot of those additional characters. so maybe the dwarves and elves living as long as they do and creating offspring started to affect the games perfomance? maybe thats why originally dwarves were set to for children which didn't seem to be working for this playthrough. whatever it is I hope you can find a fix, because I like the content and want to see more. especially now that you go to war against the bigger threats of the world.

Also not sure if you can do this but I think it would be neat but could you have him do another satellite colony only make it super far south like south of Mordor.
