Yeah, but if you send the Orks you lose most of your buildings, in order to beat the Balrog you need a ceirtain amount of Learning, basically until the odds to beat it look like 95%, anything less will NEVER work, you'll lose every time, so before you do that make sure to have maxed your Learning
@@lordbenirama6374I think you need a bit over 45 at least, though I personally always try to get it above 50 just to make sure, which isn't actually as difficult as it might seem at first with Saruman, even if you cannot go to University to increase Learning to 5 stars because you don't have the DLC, as long as you just go through the learning tree and get a few artifacts and events to boost it temporarily it's pretty easy
Someone might’ve mentioned this already but the reason you keep becoming the head of your culture is because when you take/colonize a wilderness county it adopts your culture. As Fallen Istari as well as a few other cultures it should convert to something else when you give it to a vassal or when the colonization is complete I think.
For the wilderness settlements, I go ahead and use the "random fallen Istari" button and it gives it to a random Orc.
If you finish the upgrades of Isengard and it summons a Balrog, you get the option to fight it or send your swarm of uruk at it. It's pretty cool.
