Just a little pointer you are moving your gun back to the bird before you make your move. Bring your hold point back a little you are seeing the clay earlier then you think. Or move out your hold point and shoot the clay later.

The decoy on the hedge: crows always have a sentry. If you can manage to lift this up in some way, it's visible from even farther away. It's a confidence decoy. Also I respectfully suggest to not put it near the hide as you risk to be spotted by incoming birds checking for said sentry.

As several people have already said bring the decoys in a bit closer & you seemed to get snagged in the netting a few times? I try to have two poles at the front but with plenty of room to swing. I also put the net a bit lower (but I'm short). I tried a bucket seat but found it too uncomfortable so emptied my wallet on an adjustable leg swivel chair. As for cartridges the two deadliest crow & pigeons shots I know shoot the cheapest fibre wad 7.5 clay cartridges they can buy through 3/4 & full choke - they can consistently drop them at 40+m which is astounding (& says it's the direction you shoot not the cartridge).

When you mount for dtl mount above the trap house and the left and rigs to each side of the trap house I shoot a lot of dtl

We leave a good are in the middle of our decoys to tise the birds to where you want to shoot them. My experience is if the pattern is to tight they drift away to the back of the decoys. Just an idea for you
