Come See What's Blooming in Early June, Roses, Hibiscus and a Little Bit of Deer Damage
Hey Friends!
So, I'm finally able to get back in front of the camera after recovering from vacation, lol, and I wanted to start this month off by sharing what's blooming in the garden as of early June.
I've been missing the opportunity to share my roses in bloom with you, so today, we're going to do a quick walk around so I can show you how pretty not only my roses but also some other flowers are.
I've also got some sad news about some plants up front. Bambi is back and giving me the blues, so I'm going to share them with you as well.
Consequently, I'm not done planting for the season, and it looks like I'm going to have to move some things in the garden around so I don't lose them.
I guess it's all a part of the gardening game, right?
So sit back and relax, and let's tour these beautiful blooms together; I can't wait to hear what you think!

Hey garden friends! The rain let up long enough for me to hop outside and do the rest of the garden tour we were supposed to catch up on last week. In last week's vlog ua-cam.com/video/A5jUKz9A9bA/v-deo.html we toured the backyard and all of the many projects we'd completed since the garden season started for me back in February, and today we're picking up where we left off, showing you what's ...

Heyyyy friends!!!! I'm finally able to get outside because we finally have some sun today. Today, I'm taking the time to plant some summer annuals in place of my citrus plants. I'm done trying to grow citrus plants for this season, and I'm moving on to something that will make me smile when I pull into my driveway: my summer annuals. I've tried everything I know how to do to keep these babies a...

Hey Garden Friends!!!! In today's video, I'll show you how I pot up my blueberry plants, which have proven to yield tons of fruit. Today, we're planting a Pink Lemonade Blueberry Bush, and I can't wait to share my process with you and watch it grow together. The key to planting blueberries in a pot, especially here in Texas is to make sure the soil is full of nutrients and is the acid level the...

I looked that up as well. They reached out to me it and said it’s leaves are in line with the Generous Gardner and that it could’ve been rain and the temps that had the petal color off. We’ll see in time I’m still not convinced lol

Roses are heavy feeders. Every 3-4 months is good. Bayer products and rose tone are good options and Bayer has feed with black spot control combined. Roses are fine in heat and full sun and you will get the best blooms in full sun. Your garden is beautiful by the way.

Kae, it looks good. You can use orange oil mixed with water pour in over ants (in containers or yard) it will kill them. Learned from my local garden center in Houston. Also I had 2 lemon trees. Both started to defoliate. One died from root root. The other I added Espoma iron tone cause it needed iron. Once I did that it started to leaf out again. I will start to feed with Espoma citrus tone. The pentas love love love the heat and butterflies love pentas. I have them all over. Look forward to more videos.

Thank you for this! I’m going to try the orange oil because using the ortho makes my stomach hurt. I’m going to try the lemon tree again. I think the pot was too large it did well last year but this year it just checked out on me. I didn’t realize Espoma had citrus tone too going to grab some of that and give it another go lol
