Hello, we are a small shop that has been serving the Killeen/Ft.Hood, TX area for over 20 years. While we've done some cool builds over the years, we've never sat down to document them at all. As a way to share our work, and for posterity's sake, we've decided to start making an effort on adding videos!

Well dam
Hola cuánto fue su medicion para tener una idea con el mío
Just curious since i'm also working on a same project. With stock coils it also should run? Could you share the settings that needs to be changed for this?
Yes. Originally I thought it was an issue with the haltech, but it ended being one of my settings. However, the customer was happy with the upgrade.
Hey, any update on the brake line? Did you upgrade it or its fine as is ?
Fine as is!
I forgot to do the last part when I did the beat exhaust, maybe it's leaking n shit
😂😂😂😂
Hey man, I have a 2018 3.6r outback with the tr690, do you recommend this motul multi cvtf? I dont seem to see the motul high torque cvt anymore, seems like they discontinued it
No, I no longer recommend it. I switched to the amsoil specific high torque fluid
@@krmotorsportskilleen Thanks! You mean the amsoil 100% Synthetic CVT Fluid right? Cause I don't see any specific amsoil high torque cvt fuild on their website
@@doodskie999 here's the part number
@@doodskie999 CVTQT-EA is the part number I've been using
@ Ah yes it is indeed the 100% synthetic cvt fluid "AMSOIL 100% Synthetic CVT Fluid Product code : CVTQT-EA" Thanks!
My first thought would be an overcharging alternator but I’m not a professional so 😅
Bingo!!!
Great tutorial, Sir
Is this car on ms3?
Haltech Elite 2000. I could set it up on a ms3 though
Good seeing you back. Hey, my wife, Subaru Bugeye, is running great.
That's awesome!!! We're doing a 2015 STi here shortly! Keep an eye out for that video!
Nooo

Thanks for the recommendation!
@ no problem!
Pull to seat connectors suck! Get the push to seat version so you don't have to cut the pin\socket off to service or remove the connector.
Yeah man absolutely hate them!!! The onlu down side is thst they are given to us for use with these sensors
What is the correct fluid?
I've switched to the AMSOIL high torque fluid.
Do you have Instagram? I just want to send my video if my cvt is slipping.
@TitaChus it's pretty easy to figure out actually. If the rpms shoot up, but the speed doesn't, then it's slipping. But yes we have an IG. KRMotorsportsKilleen
@@krmotorsportskilleenI dmed you thanks
@@krmotorsportskilleen but do you recommend this oil? It's really hard to find OEM fluid

Tell me, wouldn't it be wayyyyy cooler if it was on the street driving vs in the shop on a lift?
I may actually get the Honda with turbo engine in the next few days. Do you offer any tuners for it and could you do temote tuning?
Yup! We offer the link ecu for it. I can build a partial PNP adapter, but you will need to wire two wires on the e07z harness. Alternatively you can send the harness to me, and i can wire the link ecu to it. However, I've only got experience with the Honda VAMOS harness, so if your harness is different, it may be better to send the harness to me for modification.
@krmotorsportskilleen Got it! Thanks for the info!! It is a 1998 with the turbo engine. I'm not too familiar with the acronyms or lingo just yet
Shiiiiittttt
😂😂😂😂😂
I just did this too :( I was wondering about the pcb too but was a bit beyond my current skillset. Are you going from a car that had an infinity and is now going to a different ecu?
Correct. AEM infinity to Maxx ECU. What did you do your conversion on?
@@krmotorsportskilleen I went from an AEM Infinity 3 to Haltech R5. I felt that when you said you really don't want to do it again :D same. I think next time I would just re-terminate them from the MX123 to the SuperSeals for the Haltech but at the time i wanted the option to revert, and wanted to spend less time under the dash of the car. Just tedious man.
@@krmotorsportskilleen I was also going to say, normally i favor deutsch but I did find some female? (ecu side) SuperSeal connectors so i think going forward on custom harnesses I'm just going to terminate them to SuperSeal and have a few of those laying around in case i ever need to make a jumper harness. Plus it seems most of the aftermarket ecu's now are using SuperSeal terminals.
Originally I was planning on cutting off the mx123, but the issue is the harness had barely any length to it, and I wasn't about to be under the dash doing it wire by wire. The alternative was to pull the harness then terminate to the maxx ecu connectors, but the amount of labor didn't seem to be justifiable in that sense. And Secondly, I didn't have a diagram because this was a custom harness that a shop that recently closed down.
Hello, "KR Motorsports" I was analyzing your channel and saw that in your channel have some problem, That's why your channel is not much growing and not getting much engagement, If you can solve these problems, Your channel will grow like a storm. If you tell I can tell these problems. Where can I tell? Here or ig or where?
Currently pulling my own harness on my ‘92 Stealth TT. I’m glad I stopped and did some research before yanking anything else. Also, I get the feeling you might hate these cars 😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂 what makes you say that??????
At 4:30 audio cuts out
Uh oh. I don't have the video anymore to reedit it, but it basically covers our plan of attack to feed the rest of the fueltech wiring into the car. Our options was to attempt to put a hole where the throttle cable goes or to remove the blower motor assembly to try to enlarge the hole.
Hey im in Australia, how could I go about getting a pair of these or do you have the 3D printing file so I can print them here?
I'd be more than happy to post you a pair. Unfortunately I am not giving out the files at the moment.
🔥🔥🔥🔥
shit dude I work warehouse with the same battery , we be loading the trucks like super tight asf. could be the reason
No kidding??? I've bought countless batteries over the years and I've never seen one bowing in, but I guess it's possible if they are jam-packed together like sardines
@ Shitttt , that battery still works ?
Kinda lol. It's almost like it has way less CCAs
Hi, Thx for the video, I have a question tho please. Why do you have 12 tooths in the configuration? The distributor is 24+1. This is confusing me a lot, as I see the 12 teeth also in the base project configuration files download from Emu.
Oh it seems there´s no settings for it to know, that the source is camshaft related. So given it´s hardcoded to think it´s crankshaft, it´s the distributor/2, so that´s why it must be 12t in the config
Correct. The distributor is ran off the camshaft. Since the cams rotated twice for every one crank rotation, you divide it by 2.
What size throttle is that, and did you port the manifold?
Bosch PN 0280750473. So it's an 82mm, and yes we ported the opening as big as we could
Well someone sounded happy... even though it was cold lol
Happy it was finally leaving

On the way! Thank you for the purchase, let me know if there's anything else we can do for you
I was confused why it wasn’t making more or revving to the rpm I know Honda beats rev to and then I did some research. So this beat is swapped from a Honda z or something? Why not just boost the stock E07A MTREC motor?
Correct. The E07A died, and the e07z went it. We built a turbo E07A that made about 100HP. But it's hard to justify the cost. In order to produce the kit (without ecu and injectors) which would have been about $2500 USD. Which we didn't see a real market for. Keep in mind, while we are gear heads, we're ultimately a business, so our goal is to make money, and we just didn't foresee anyone spending thst type of money on a beat. Keep in mind an E07Z is going for less than 1k for most importers.
@ makes sense! I have an eca1 in my insight and it’s incredibly slow lmfao I’ve been thinking about modifying it but I’ll probably just swap in a k because why not lol
L15B7 is the future!!!
@ if it were cheaper and I didn’t already have the k I would def considerate it haha
@PRZJ91 still can't go wrong with a K. All their guys doing RWD swaps are really eating them up though
That's not right 😂😂😂
Love beat but 10hp more 😢 not worth adding a turbo
I agree. When we did our Turbo E07A, it only made 100 HP, but the amount of money was not worth it. Which is why we started looking into the E07Z swap. We will release a video comparing the E07A dyno and the E07Z dyno soon!
Yup, she definitely blew a gasket! Good job putting that baby back together
Do you guys have one for the EG? Do I need to contact you on your website?
Epowersteering.com is who makes them, we are a dealer so we can definitely get you situated on it!
Very informative, keep telling me all the tuner secrets.
😂😂😂 it's pretty standard stuff lol
So this is my question. When i go to make the initial timing mark, i would set the engine to top dead center, and i want to make a static mark on say the timing cover, and one on the crank pulley/balancer right? Another option on my car is there is a 0 mark on the flywheel thats used when doing timing jobs, could i also utilize that? I am using an aftermarket 60-2 Trigger system on a old 5cyl with maxxecu and thats the one part i cant get a straight answer on
So yes, rotate to TDC, and make a LINE that connects the timing cover to the crank pulley (so the marks line up when TDC). You could use the flywheel mark as well. We use the flywheel mark on the Honda Beats.
@@krmotorsportskilleen Brilliant!! thats exactly what i needed to hear. Just gotta repair this head gasket i blew the other day and give it a shot(the 300k mile paper head gasket was not happy with 30psi off a g25-660 and lifted the head hahaha) ARP studs and MLS Gasket incoming

@@krmotorsportskilleen Can't wait!
If you had to say how big a pos Inker was but in the size of American trucks which would he be? Still that is a good result I'm guess with the extra timing etc you made around 100bhp on pump
He's probably comparable to a Ford Transit cargo. Or a Mercedes Sprinter Cargo :p
