Wild Wednesday at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway. Her first pass was sliding all over and missed a shift 17 seconds. By the end of the night she got down to 15.4, pretty good for a very hot evening.
Volkswagen MQB Tiguan PCV failure P24D6

Replacing suspect PVC / oil separator on 2021 VW Tiguan MQB with error P24D6 and oil seeping from front seals. Compared one-way valve on new part vs failed assembly. Part number 06Q103495B purchased from VW dealer via parts.vw.com/p/97175234/06Q103495B.html UPDATE - after 2 weeks, the error did not come back and the oil leak stopped.
3 Generations - Making Silage Bales

Dad is loading bales on the wrapper. My youngest daughter is running the wrapper. Mom is moving bales in from the field. My oldest daughter is raking. I am baling. My wife is taking video and keeping us fed. We averaged 30 bales per hour and did 120 bales this afternoon. Equipment being used: CLAAS 460RC Tubeline TL1000R John Deere 4430, 6430, 6400 Bobcat S205 Farmall 806 New Holland HT-152
Scag fuel gauge repair

Repair of Scag fuel gauge that vibrated apart. I was able to flatten the ends of the rods and make them fit tight in the housing again.

Our first of 2 boils from our 2022 season. We boiled 50 gallons of sap into 1 gallon of syrup in about 10 hours.

Our first big batch of sap cooking down this year. This is a much cheaper and faster way of boiling the sap. Last year we used the turkey fryer, and had a small fortune in propane.

1936 McCormick Deering that had been sitting in my father's barn for at least 40 years disassembled. This is the 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 version. I got new piston rings, gaskets, rocker arm, pushrods, and freeze plugs from www.hitnmiss.com and finally got it going again. Now that it runs, I'll get a new fuel tank and get it painted. Then I'll have to find something to power with it......

How long does it take for it to stop leaking oil? Changed the valve and did a whole new oil change. Still a little leak.
Mine stopped leaking after about 1 week. Maybe I got lucky and caught it soon enough?
Would this cause the EPC light to come on as well?
I'm not sure if that would be a symptom or not. It did not turn on in my car.
It might be too late but I got this code, I believe this is the reason so I ordered the part from this video, when I first got the code my EPC came on as well. What I believe the cause of that was that the PVC went bad, I drove it like that which ended up cracking the oil pan and dumping all the oil giving me the EPC code, had the oil pan replaced by the dealership as it was covered under a limited warranty however this part was not and they wanted around 1200 to replace it so I took hit home, 2 days later EPC game back on, all my oil was gone once again so I possible have a cracked pan again plus the PCV, will know once I replace it if that is what happened
@@khmb003 hi yes that’s exactly what happened I drive it to long with the bad pvc and it cracked my oil pan from the pressure thankfully my dad works in cars so he changed the pvc and my oil pan for under $300.

Shifting like a 90 year old, go get a automatic.
Considering she is 16 and had only driven this car for about 2 hours before she hit the track for the first time ever then I think she did pretty good. The idea was to get her experience with how the process works. Next we will work on speed and power shifting.

if my 2020 burns oil really bad should i replace this part to see if it helps? i just filled it up with 5-20 cause i saw somewhere it shouldnt burn as bad and atleast get me through till i do oil change.
I don't know about burning oil, mine was causing the crankcase to pressurize and leaking from the front seals. Once I replaced the oil separator it stopped leaking.

@@chuckdavis3587 Thanks. I ended up changing this valve. oil leak stopped and 2 check engine lights went away! haven't came back for 2 weeks. This vid was helpful.

The code did not come back, and it stopped leaking oil.
Were you getting both Evan codes p04of and the other code or just the other code?
P24D6 was the only code that it was showing for me.

I’m getting a p04f0 and a p24d6 code on my 2021 vw Tiguan. I replaced the gas cap and the n80 valve and it came back on so I will try this and let you know if it fixed it.
I did it but it says empty still, put a light in there and my floater won’t float 😭

So the gage itself just pulls out?
That is correct. You have to pry it up from the tank. The gasket / washer holds it in place
Put a little lube on that big dog, and it will slide right in 😄
