Just a quick update on my process on the restoration.

cutting and packing this boats flotation foam was like playing Tetris for a solid 4 days🤣 each block was cut to match the shape of the hull.

hows it going guys im finally at the point were i can close up the deck . i took it in to have the boat weighed after i removed the rotten wood under the deck including the transom ribs and bulkheads. i replaced the ribs and bulkheads with foam core mycell 80 and the deck with 20mm nidaplast. and replacing the 2 part foam that was in the boat with sondor spx33

yes we catching hake gurnard and carpies again but i had to make a video for day 2 of the 2024 stock fish derby. unfortunately we didn't win but its not a problem because theirs always next year. next year well be in my boat so well be able to run deeper to get those larger fish.

in todays video we fishing day one of the noordhoek skiboat club stockfish derby day 1. the morning we had a big launch but as the day went on the swell dropped.

today we are fishing day one of the 2024 Noordhoek stock fish derby (fish derby). the launch was delayed for safety reasons. we were supposed to launch at 6:30 but only launched after 10:00
