How to fall in love with spending time alone
Learning to fall in love with solitude dramatically transformed my relationship with myself. Before this evolution, solitude did not feel sacred but more like something to be avoided. But the more I opened up sacred space for alone time, I was able to release my need for constant company and began to fall deeply in love with my own company. These are my reflections on how to fall in love with spending time alone, cultivating a foundational joy and wholeness from within.
