    Im just going to say this for me i love my hair, my naturally long beautiful hair (its about to my shoulders) and its braided and its not a big deal im an afro with 4c hair ( i think idk) the point im trying to make is that hair is beauty only natural hair and its ok to have whatever hair you have. Its better than not having any here. 😅😅😅

    I get those looks but honestly here in the U.S. they are not used to seeing a dark black women wearing her “actual” hair. Yes I stand out but I do not receive bad energy, alls get so much love and admiration. Black men stop what they are doing to look at my hair because again they are not used to seeing us wear our hair. Yet some white women compliment me but every now and again I get a “weird” compliment because I have more hair than them lol. They can look lol go ahead because I set my own beauty standards and yes I get so many drooling looks from white men. I have so much freedom from wearing my own hair and I start with an Afro and got compliments then too so. Also I have noticed that some black men get upset when I have conversations with white men like at work because they flirt with me. If you have noticed, there are so many beautiful Sudanese supermodels, not so much mixed bi-racial black models???? Yes they see the beauty that our own people don’t see. I love my hair and my own personal beliefs not knocking anyone else but I won’t wear any hair that is not mine. In all aspects of life, I go where I am wanted and it’s not my job to convince others that I am worthy. My son sees his mom wearing the hair that comes out of her head. 🩷🩷🩷🩷

    We have so much residue from childhood experience and comments about our hair. I’m a beautiful 63 and my mom used relaxer’s on my thick 4c hair starting at a very early age. I did the big chop during the pandemic and have struggled a bit with styles that make me feel and look my best. Self love for my natural hair and confidence is what I continue to practice on my daily journey. I feel so free in my natural hair, I feel so much lighter now that my wig has been removed. I work in corporate America and I’ve noticed a slight shift in things. More young people are entering the job market wearing their natural hair. When we have self love and confidence in ourselves we SHINE BRIGHTLY and others take notice. Continue holding your head high and walk in confidence knowing you are beautiful from head to toe. Enjoy your journey ❤ Blessings to you.

    You are suggesting that Black-Americans stop calling Africans, but Africans post signs on their businesses calling themselves Africans. This is definitely an Africa problem not a Black-American problem. I suggest you tell your fellow Africans to take down those signs. It is interesting you don't have an issue with Africans calling Black-Americans foreigners in Africa. Please make this make sense for us. We are not all one people, stop the non-sense. How many tribes are in your homeland? Do the function as one people?

  • @loriannrichardson7644
    @loriannrichardson7644 7 місяців тому

    You're making no sense. All I'm getting from this is that neither you nor other Africans are proud to be Africans. You opened this video stating you're proud of your African heritage, then you spoke on the negative connotations regarding Africa. Which is it -- are you proud or not??? And the Black American referring to the hair-braiders as Africans is correct. They literally put on the signs of their shops, African Hair-braiding/braiders. APPARENTLY, THEY ARE PROUD OF WHO THEY ARE AND WHERE THEY COME FROM -- NO PROBLEM BEING CALLED AFRICAN. They are AFRICAN -- they are NOT Black American. It seems to be OTHER Africans who are not proud, and are actually ASHAMED!

    It is correct that if we use the energy that functions to separate the Melanated diaspora against the Aboriginal Americans. would increase efficiency in solving the international problem of colonization. The issue of obtaining materialism as a God causes Diaspora Melanted Humans to be complacent with social elevation at the expense of ignoring the greatest crime in Human history that being the atrocity of chattel slavery in America. Keep in mind that it was due to the efforts of Aboriginal Americans that the doors were open to allow Diaspora Melanted beings to come and thrive in America. When Diaspora Melanted Humans. An acute example which is one of many tribalistic backstabbing betrayals is when a Nigerian had the nerve to try and end "Black History Month" in America. personally helped a Nigerian to a point when her husband had to return to Africa for business. He trusted me to help his wife with some activities he would manage if he were in America then. He felt for good reason that the honor I showed his family was special.. The thanks I received from them for the many things I afforded this family, did not stop his wife from stabbing me in the back. This happened after I protected his wife from danger as we worked together This betrayal was grossly unconscionable. i spoke with other FBA, American descendants of so Called Slaves who had similar events like this that happened to them. These macro events from people who are skin folks but not kinfolks warranted FBA (Foundational Black Americans) to delineate from Diaspora Melanted Humans. Diaspora Melanted Humans have multiple social, and political energy to undermine FBA from attempting to get an Anti- hate crime bill, reclamations, and reparations. Diaspora Melanted Humans use their energy to wag their collective fingers at FBA about artificially spawned deficits as a result of negative reactions from FBA's being brutalized for many, many years of oppression that is still ongoing. Where is Diaspora Melanted Humans' compassion for their so-called Brothers and Sister FBAs? These tether Diaspora Melanted Humans are parasites on luxury as a direct result of the wealth, and talent generated by FBA who were never compensated for their free labor. Now . Diaspora Melanted Humans think they have accomplished the right to denigrate FBAs by being manipulated without remorse to aid in erasing FBA's in the land that they grew here and not flew here. If Diaspora Melanted Humans were so advanced why don't they stop the colonizing in their homeland and not flee like whipped dogs. Their homelands need them but they chose to be pawns in the destruction of Aboriginal Americans who changed the world due to an uncompromising natural spirit. They wish to be like FBA's since FBA's did not flee our Homeland giving rise to an envious spirit in the very souls of these tethers for not being men, and women in their own lands. Their rise to glory in America is artificial and when the dominant society is finished pitting Diaspora Melanted Humans against FBA's they will be broken due to their revealed treachery. to FBA's. Soon they will realize the same Dog that's biting FBA's is biting Diaspora Melanted Humans. MLK said "We must learn to work together as brothers or perish apart as fools" In closing if the so-called African Nations would hold their resources until reparations, and reclamations were given would solve the problem of evil and injustice overnight. Stand up Diaspora Melanted Humans FBA's are not the problem.

      Just because there's a book saying it doesn't mean it's true. There's plenty of books defending false, even absurd claims. It's a good thing to read, but to believe everything you read is bad. Even if there were black native americans, it wouldn't prove that ALL modern so-called black americans are descended from those people, as if all slaves imported from western Africa never existed, or all disappeared without a descendance. It is a very well-documented fact, that tens, if not hundreds of thousands of slaves of African origin, were imported to the North American continent, where they produced offspring for centuries. Some black americans can literally trace their origin back to the continent, and even the most deluded person can't deny that there are particularly striking similarities between some black americans, and some Africans. The common origin for these cases is quite literally obvious, for anyone who's not in complete denial. And it is rather curious that those people have completely vanished, as a distinctive indigenous group. Their name, their tribal grounds, their language/dialect... We have remnants from lots and lots of other tribes, but those distinctive black ones are nowhere to be found.

We aren’t fighting for Black Americans to call themselves African, that isn’t something that we even think about. If they’re indigenous to America then great, if they’re indigenous to Africa then great. It really doesn’t bother us either way. As long as everyone is happy :)
