Due to the many pop-up annotations in this video, it is highly recommended to use a desktop or laptop browser, or some other Flash-compatible environment. If an iOS device must be used, an alternate browser such as Puffin can be used to view the annotations, at the expense of occasional lag. ABBA Mamma Mia! 6-hand piano trio arrangement
Переглядів 200 тис.14 років тому
Please turn on Annotations if at all possible. Among other things, they will show you that the performance starts around 01:48. This is the video premiere of my brand-new arrangement of ABBA's famous song, "Mamma Mia!" It is written for 6-hand piano trio; that is, three intermediate-advanced pianists at one instrument. The score was quietly unveiled to select individuals during the 2010 Univers...
Drums accent the performance!
Brilliant!
Please arrange more 6 hands 1 piano music arrangement! We love it
My 3 daughters played it and everyone loved it!!
I do have plenty more interesting arrangements planned! i just need more hours in the day to bring them all to life. :-) Thanks for your kind support! Greatly appreciated. Keep up the music love.
this guy watches nerf videos surprisingly

Totophi, your music STILL ROCKS in 2016. I never get tired of listening to this.
I really like it:) where can i get the sheet music?
Please visit www.phifamily.com and send me a message. :-) Thanks for your interest!
Hi mr. totophi! I sent a mail at your blog because I'd like to get your sheet, but everytime it makes error and I can't send you a mail. Can I connect you by different way?
The score will soon be available for purchase through SMP Press! Thanks for your interest!
Amaaazing! Loved it!
Hi! I think this arrangement is amazing, and I was wondering have you got the sheet music for this available for purchase? Br, Brita Pulliainen, Finland
dobry
+Denisa Vašíčková : Děkuji mnohokrát! (translated by Google ;-) )
This is sooooo amazing O love piano songs that are played with many hands!!!!!
Great!
I want to thank everyone who has shown interest in the score of this arrangement. I also want to apologize sincerely to all those to whom I have not replied for several years; mostly this is because UA-cam's notification system must have been broken for a while around three years ago. From now on, people should contact me through the mailform at my website www.phifamily.com .... Thanks!
Hi, it's very nice song! I and my 2 friends want play this song too. :) We are from czech republic and play on piano about 10 years :). Every year we have a concert of our class and here we want play this! Can I know, where I can get some notes for it? :) PS: sorry for my english, it's horrible hihi :)
Ann 97 Hi! As I posted recently, please contact me through my website and we can talk further... :-)
I can imagine that 4-hands version would be 200% better...
+Underbot : How do you come up with such mind-boggling statistics? You must have 43% higher intelligence than 37% of the world's population.
Very cool
I LOVE this Toto!!! Thank you so much......over a year later than you sent it - my computer doesn't send me Facebook notices and I obviously don't think to look for private messages very often - so sorry! Keep up the great experimenting!!!!
This is brilliant! I enjoyed the full band version but do you think you could upload the full song like this with just you? En Francais would be an added bonus.
Mon dieu! Chanson complêt s'il vous plait!! :D
Ha ha, bonne idée! Je ne crois pouvoir faire une traduction proprement héroïque, mais si jamais j'en trouvais une par quelqu'un d'autre, je demanderais à mon équipe de l'interpréter un jour.
1:58, something needs to be fixed at that point.
Yes, if I were really interested in a note-perfect performance and had the luxury of time. We did the best we could in one take at that point. I'm sure you're aware that it is possible to have all the correct notes in a sterile and boring presentation. Others are welcome to show their own efforts.
totophi No need to be all defensive, I just thought the arrangement was a bit off at that point. But since you admit it was a mistake then guess I'll take it. I suggest you put out a link to download the sheet music if you want others to "show their own efforts" ;)
95thRiflesOCI Yes, it certainly was a mistake, but in the performance and not the arrangement per se. Sure, there was no *need* to get defensive, but if you do similar work in either arrangement or performance, you'll understand if and when defensiveness occurs. This arrangement is meant to be a commercial product. Interested parties can either make their own arrangement or contact me for details. BTW, thanks for sharing this imperfect video.
The French version is even plus élégant!
Je suis très content que tu puisses apprécier!!
Wow! Love the full-voiced choir and the rit. at the end! xxME
Glad you liked it!! I fully intended to convey a joie de vivre...
AWESOME !
Right on !!! Thanks a lot Mr Phi
Hey Toto! Thanks a bunch! Cheers, Juergen :-)
haha your too cool for school Toto. THANKS!!
This is soo cool
Merci Toto! Trop cool!
Hahahahahaha thanks!
I assume you'll be taking this show on the road!!
Yup! We're trying like mad to get a similar show set up in Moncton for March 2!
totophi Excellent! But still a bit far. Let me know when you'll be north of 60!
TheWendyff Wow, wouldn't we like to be able to do that? Maybe someday!
WOW!! Impressive!!!
I LOVE it!!!!!! Thank-you SO much for sharing this!
Cool! Thanks Facebook Friend Toto!
That was a great version
Thanks! Of course it was just experimentation and not accurate performance per se. I have done the actual multi-vocals for the song in a band setting and it works quite well!
Merci mon ami Toto!
Have we had a private conversation about this yet? Please remnd me.
Thanks for your interest and kind words! The truth is actually that I find this performance a little slow. The other video we made of this during a live concert was better paced IMHO....
Brilliant! So vibrant playing. I love it :D
Thank you my friend! Cheers!
Merci mon amie, Chin,chin!
Oui tu es un champion!!! Merci Toto excellent!
Thanks a lot for commenting, Mark! Perhaps you will consider subscribing to this channel, if you haven't already. I appreciate your interest and support! If you have any other ideas for experiments that I might not have on my list, please sound off. :-)
Great work on this wonderful board! Accurate intonations and smooth phrasing. Well done Toto. I look forward to listening to the other "experiments" (creative artistry) you have uploaded. Mark L.
You know what totophi¿? YOUR MUSIC ROCKS!!
Thanks for your interest! The score of this arrangement is is meant to be a commercial release. If you understand what that means and still wish to pursue, please send me a PM through UA-cam or visit my personal website. Thanks!
Hay, we also would like to do something like that, but we can't find the sheets for this song... so we hope you could help us, if you don't mind :) thank you
I agree! It's a nice cover of a great classic.
So beautiful!!!!
