The current state of the S&P500 is a short term sentiment i think a more realistic study is over the course of 10 years investing 300 a month as it damps out being able to select a period that suits a particular narrative as the above poster demonstrates. I had a quick look at a 10 yeasr chart for SPXP 333% a dip over covid and accelerating performance under Bidens presidency but you can chose statistics and periods to illustrate anything i looked at 2016 Trump to today Biden but who knows the market is a fickle thing i suspect the next administration will be very erratic like the man full of ups downs booms and cotrections but the appietite for debt is worrying as is the polarisation of wealth i will continue to drip in every month and spread the risk.

what if you start an in specie transfer when you have assets that trading212 doesn't have and also don't manually sell them in vanguard? this information is nowhere

I use the same technique tspend on my interest free account for the year. I then save money in my isa and when my interest frre account on my credit card is coming to an end i then withdraw from Chip (with added interest) to clear the credit card 😊

Would tou recommend saving in their package stocks like black rock or smp 500?

Thank you for creating this video, great help. Only one issue I have is when I try to transfer my isa I only get the option to transfer as 'Cash' the other option is 'Stocks and Cash (in specie) coming soon'. Is anyone else getting this and is there any way around this?

I put 200usd initially, and when I was enrolling my bank for withdrawal... they are making it hard for me to apply my Philippine bank... I already given them my SWIFT and account number and until today , they don't want to help me. It's been two weeks now... I have submitted my Bank Certificate and my statement of account... I think Trading 212 is a scam. Now my money is stuck with them and their customer service are just bots, no actual people to help you and their app cannot delete the bank account you inputted and swap it with a new one.

Can you only use Pies in T212 for the S&S ISA (and therefore just create a pie containing a single ETF) or can you choose the ETF directly?

Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. Hey, Before update my rate of return was10% but now its 35%, lets say I have invested 4000£ in 2 years, at10% profit at 4400£. which seems correct. But now same portfolio of 4400£ shows rate of return as 35% How is that possible? can you please how to read Rate of interest?

I reinvest my ETFs dividends 100% and will do so for years growth.

Few questions. I have approx 4k invested in the INVEST section and nothing in the ISA part. Is it worth just leaving the gains I have in my INVEST section and opening an ISA with 212 and start using this instead? I only have 4K invested in the INVEST section so I’m not near the 20k. I have a GIA with CHIP which I understand isn’t an ISA so I’m not at risk of breaching my 20k. I’m kinda lost with it all haha
