It’s not. There is absolutely no argument that supports your claim.

It's always yielded better results for me than the lotus in gameplay. The extra cards have consistently meant more to the outcome than the extra mana in the games I've played..

When my collection expanded beyond my first starter, I got a small card box and cut up my deck box and taped it to the outside like a decoration. I still have it to this day. All the dual lands I traded away for creatures though... (ouch!)

I think Ice Age was a bigger box? but they do have cases available for the larger starter decks as well.

There are special binders for Top Loaders ! 🥸
