Spicy Pepitas Dip Recipe: The Ultimate Party Appetizer

All you need to Make Spicy Pepita Dip:
► A Food Processor
► A Bowl
► A Measuring Cup
► Bag of pita chips
► 1/2 cup We Olive's Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Arbequina or Arbosana)
► 1 cup pepitas
► Handful of cilantro
► Halh od a large onion
► 1 Jalapeno
► 3 Cloves of garlic
► 2 Limes
► Unrefined sea salt
► Peper
► Cumin
1. Satuee onion, garlic, and jalapeno in a pan with EVOO until soft.
2. In a food processor, pour in pepitas, salt a pinch of cumin. Pulse until combined and crumbly. Then add pepper and pulse again. Next, add the lime juice from the limes, cilantro, and your sautee mix of onion, garlic, jalapeno, and 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil. Optional: Use jalapeno olive oil for an extra kick!
3. Pulse all ingredients together until fully combined. Scrape down the sides and process again. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly
4. Serve with pita chips and finish dip with a drizzle of EVOO.
