Ride - Live in Montreal, May 13th, 2024 (Partial Set)
Ride are English rock band that is considered a pioneer of shoegaze in the early 90s. Following the renaissance of the genre in the early 2010s, the band got back together to play reunion shows in 2014. The response reinvigorated the band and they recorded new material, the first time since 1996's Tarantula album. Since then, they've released 3 new albums 2017's Weather Diaries, 2019's This Is Not a Safe Space and 2024's Interplay. The new albums are more adventurous in sound and also feature their signature dreamy guitars. Ride performed in Montreal along Karma Glider (Montreal) and Knifeplay during their spring 2024 North American tour to celebrate the release of Interplay. They played songs from their recent releases as well as classics from Nowhere and Going Blank Again.

@@catmall It's true, we never know with bands anymore. However, they are not getting younger and unfortunately, they seem to never have gotten along quite well. Skinny Puppy shows are also more demanding with the theatrics and all. Personally, I think it was the very final one. They seemed to have moved on with their other projects.
