Looking great! I did similar hell hole repairs on my 914 Subaru swap. I’m using the Rennline battery bracket as well, but installed in a replacement factory tray. I like the way you installed it sideways.

The rear you can drill the hub for 5 lug. The front just find a 911 strut, hub, caliper and rotor, can probably find a full 911 front end for less than you think.

Adapters are crap I don't recommend at all

Center tunnel bushing: Tail-shift cars had a bushing there. Part number 914.424.224.00 , same as at the back of the rear shift rod. No bushing AFAIK for the tail-shift cars. While you're in there: DEFINITELY weld the brackets for the control cables, especially the clutch tube, into place. Super common for the tube to come adrift from the side of the center tunnel.
