FutureFitYOU has developed a training assessment to help you prepare for the kind of fun and active life you want when you’re 70, or 80, or even 100. We provide an assessment tool to compare your state of readiness to the type of life you would still want in your last decade - jumping, running, and moving in strong ways. We assess and track your fitness progress in 5 areas - Strength, Mobility, Agility, Cardio and VO2 - based on your age and gender.
Our channel will cover three areas:

It's so true! I love to swim and that's why I do it again and again. Full disclosure that when I did do the Future You assessment I found I still lacking in areas of strength. It has improved the swimming so much and I had no idea that I would notice such a difference!
