How I made a shooting bench. I used treated lumber for the top and scrap metal strut for the table support. The bench is 8' long and 4' deep with 2 cutouts for seats. The table top is 37" tall and the seats are 19" off the ground.

What settings do you use for your tig welder???
lol ,,, what an interesting question ,, even if you had an identical welder , same model and make , were using the same gas and consumables , happened to weld in the same style , no two welders settings are ever exactly the same ,,, ever.
@@tomthompson7400same thing with an oven in a kitchen. No 2 ovens are the same ever. Even it they are the same brand and same model.
@@JohnDavis-yz9nq totally agree , I swear my welder does not weld the same for a while if someone else has actually used it ,,, but its about what you get used to.
@@tomthompson7400 I bought a Miller wire feed to set to weld stainless about 5 years ago. Said on the back of the welder. Assembled in the U. S. A. With global components.
@@JohnDavis-yz9nq yep it all gets a bit vague these days ,, I dont mind Chinese kit ,,, but I want it at Chinese prices and I want to decide if I will pay more for local made , not just get fobbed off.
You should clean it before you go to another cup
thanks for the info
Dissolved solids in water is not an indicator of how clean it is. Dissolved solids have to do mostly with mineral content. That’s why the bottled water has a high PPM number- Crystal Geyser is a bottled spring water, unfiltered but certainly not “dirty”. That would also explain why the PPM for the snow was so low. It’s essentially evaporated water that has fallen back down to earth. When water evaporates, it doesn’t take minerals with it. BUT snow is not necessarily CLEAN even if it’s perfectly white and fresh. So, while that little gizmo you’re using there can show you how high the mineral content of your water is, it CANNOT be used to determine how clean the water is. Also, it can be helpful to let you know how well your filter is working. If you’re using a good filter for your tap water, the water once filtered should register zero parts per million. So change your filter.
Great vid & awesome bench! Just curious, how much did the final product weigh? Would you ever think about incorporating some sort of "bipod stop" in the front to better load the bipod when shooting for accuracy? Thanks for sharing your thoughts! 💪🏾😎
