While I have nothing against the people of Gaza, I can also say this video has absolutely nothing to do with Gaza, or even war and politics. I won't visit Gaza or Taiwan because I have no reason too, I don't live in either of those places. This video is simply about my return journey to Kyiv where I live. Geopolitics and war aren't my channel's genre but I'm fairly certain if you want to find Gaza related content it's out there. Cheers

@@wayfarernick i know ukranian men are obliged to have their military papers on them (ready to be called upon or stating that you are free fromdd the draft) . I assume you have dual citizenship and therefore are exempt?

You can travel to Ukraine, it's open for tourism. Although it is still dangerous, particularly the farther east you go.

In the UK, if the Government advises not to travel to a country, then the insurance company will use that as an excuse not to pay out on the policy if anything happens to Brits whilst there. I would be interested to know if Ukrainian Insurance Companies will issue insurance cover to tourists visiting Ukraine.

Actually, I have a heart and think of it as helping the locals earn some income regardless of their motives. Why? They are just putting food on the table and sometimes it is incredibly difficult for them to make money when it comes relatively easy to us.

@@letterbox203 Well that's true, it's always good to help others out even if they are inflating the price a bit for foreigners. As you said we do come by money easier than they do and it's not like the prices are crazy anyway

@@wayfarernick tourism may be their only way of earning a living. For example, the $24 extra for 2 shirts they gained would be like 2 full days wage in vietnam

Yes they did, I wasn't up close to other elephants but we could see the chains and the handlers carried sticks around with them, likely to hit the elephants with so not ideal... Thank you!
