Welcome to my UA-cam channel! My name is Tyler Kachnovich and here you will find everything from snow plowing, excavation and landscaping videos! We are mainly a hardscape company in the summer and snow plowing company in the winter. We have JCB equipment and lots of snowplows. Mainly fisher and arctic snow pushers. This channel has reviews on all equipment we own and many in cab videos! Enjoy!

Not worried storing machines by salt in an enclosed space?
How much salt can you fit in a container. How big are those?
40 foot high cube about 90 yards each
What do pay for a ton of salt in your area this year
@@JLegoLandscapingLLC 101 delivered after tax
How are the containers holding up inside with the salt? Great video, thanks. Hope you have a good winter for plowing.
Pretty good the red one I have had for like 5 years and seems to be doing just fine
That's good to know. It's a great idea for sand and salt storage.
Keep the videos coming!
@@EthanBrazytis will do thank you!
Do you use any thinner in the fluid film to get it through the gun?
@@CodyLaFrance I do not. Works just fine
Cool to see your method and those big buckets of wool wax -- hadn't seen those. Ready for winter is the way to go!

Hey bud you can use your Milwaukee M18 impact to get those bolts off buy yourself a extension with a wobbly bit just an idea really works great
Thank you!
@tandtlandscapeandmasonry yvw bud
I cut the first 3.5” off my rulers! 😉
I would like to say this to help you if you got it slow your camera down you’re twisting and turning on everything else and it’s making people dizzy. I’m enjoying what you’re having to say about that tractors because I’m interested in it, but I can’t watch it because you’re moving the camera too fast
@@dandannels8821 thanks for the advice I’ll work on that
Thanks for the review. I have a 9,000 lb. Case 90xt. I have to plow some pavement/concrete around the house and also a 1/2 mile long driveway in road base, which gets fairly steep at the end. Do you recommend these snow tires for road base driveways?
@@AronPoulson yes I would recommend these for that
How much is that pusher ?

Thats a pretty good load on that truck..whats the tonnage?
What Did you put below the container in order to keep rust out?
I should have done concrete but just did gravel. If I need to add drainage I will we will see
Someone teach this clown how to plow please
Interesting but far from practical
how do you go about plow pricing for a storage unit? I've been asked to put a bid on a 90 unit storage facility.
@@TylerMartin-w7i we don’t do this one anymore but it was 120 units. It was $400 to plow up to 8” and if it was more then that it was double. I think we shoveled in front for $150.
@@tandtlandscapeandmasonry was it worth it lol looks like it can be a pain!
How much does the block weigh??
@@edstevens6839 that’s a small one (2400 lbs) I lift 3600 lb blocks with the teleskid all the time
Thanks!
Looking at a kubota m6 101 with snow tires and 13’ LD. Do you think turning will still be an issue with snows? I like my skid but I can only run max a 10’ pusher on it with snow tires. My 4075r with 8-13 mp will do detail work. So my question I guess is ssv75 with snow tires and 10’ hla pusher or m6 101 with snows and 13’ Ld more productive? M6 there’s no clutching for gears. Would be used in tandem with 4075r on lots totalling 450,000 sqft.
That’s the tractor I want instead of mine. I think it would work good with snow tires. Worst case put studs in the front
@@tandtlandscapeandmasonry thanks for the info! Love your videos.
how is it getting parts and service work done?
@@JohnBraman413 getting parts has been great. I try to do all the maintenance myself but anything serious the service has been good
The cut ins of the trucks doing work and the death wobble is hilarious. Also great video
Don’t be a liberal and delete them
The 19 has been deleted for 20k miles now with a 50 tow tune. The black one is getting deleted next week.
I would definitely want to snow blow into the center if its imperative to get that last foot. Will cost yoy more to fix panels then to even have a push blower if you dont have one yet.
I had gone into this video thinking that the tracked machines were better. My view now after watching your video is they're only better for certain tasks In the same way that a square Point Spade is "better"than a pointed shovel- only depending upon the task at hand. Thank you for the insight!
Thank you for this very informative video! I'm wanting to buy my first skid steer mainly for Excavating a basement under an existing house . I thought you touched on a lot of very interesting points that sure seemed valid, and most of which I hadn't even considered due to my lack of experience. I appreciate you taking the time to share this information! The wind noise wasn't even noticeable to me.
You can "tune" your 74HP 3TS-8T to 99 HP with a $1,400 engine tuning tool from GPT Consulting. It plugs into your ECU and downloads a reflash of the code bed. The engine is intentionally detuned down to 74HP by JCB to meet the USA maximum HP requirement of 74HP to avoid the need to have a DEF system.
@@dustup2249 ik. I will be definitely doing that once the warranty is up
Thank you sir. Saved me the brain power for tomorrow sir
Where'd you pick up the wheel wells?
@@dallaspowers4196 Raneys truck parts online
19.5 wheels have been around forever. Since at least the 1950s, theres lots of tire options, maybe not in the exact stock size, i hate the stock size. 8r19.5 are a good size on these trucks and you can get them relatively inexpensively. Goodyear g633 drive tires are under $200 on simpletire. Great video, love the cut scenes to death wobble!
@@N8-T thanks for the info!
puts stairs or a ladder from inside the shop into that wasted top container.
@@acreageliving the top container is full of sanders and winter tires. Definitely not wasted! Watch part 6
@@tandtlandscapeandmasonry i seen it, its 1/8th full. be way better served on the ground. sorry. Now just a leak point into the shop as well. love the shop, besides this container on the roof. Makes zero sense, i have watched the whole series too lol. Each to their own. It would be different if it was a usable space.
@@acreageliving it’s full. Not 1/8th. I use all the space. I need room at my yard for other things so the container up there makes total sense and is very usable. I love that top container. Probably more favorite part honestly
When you are comparing what you did for 48k to a contractors pole building price for 150k, I'm sure the contractor building has significantly more to it. Frankly, I don't like what you did at all. Aside from being impractical, it's an eye sore.
@@trustme7731 thanks for the input. I’m gunna side it and make it look better someday
Looks like you paid $18,800 for the exterior framing, and 640 sq ft of wood floors. Looks like 112 ft of exterior wall. The xtra concrete flooring would have cost you $7000, so it looks like you paid $100 a linear foot for exterior walls. if your shop is 28x40 = 1120sqft looks like you paid $36sqft for the building (minus concrete/ground prep & racking). You could have had a Steel I-beam building (non tubular) for $33sqft, and it would have added value to your property. Tubular steel is half the price of steel I-beam...so $17sqft.
@@clarencevogel6039 this building is 48x40. Not 24x48. The top container is also 9.5x40 as well. Also got a quote from a steel building company. Was more expensive so I went this direction
Thanks again for the great content and pointing out the key components that make the wall durable against the elements. Stretch your back out! It has to be sore after moving all those blocks!

The GM 4500/5500 have a turning radius of 25ft. F550 is 28.6.
Chevrolet I assume you mean? Weird my town has one of each f550 and the new Chevy 5500 and they say it turns horrid compared to the ford.
Thanks for the content mate. Keep it up. On a side note also had pericarditis, if you got the Jab there you go. I’ll say no more.
How would a tapered steelxmounting box that would let the compactor sit level work?
@@bioniclife I’d say that’s a good idea
The 10 speeds are jumk. An 8 speed would do so much better I would think. They’re always shifting up and down. But at any rate, the new shop looks great!
