His passing skills were awesome. There was a lot more street in the game back then.

He's not talked about because he could never really shoot, he'd get hot every now and then, plus those passes are high risk high reward, he'd turn the ball over a lot. But as far as ball handlers go, he's right up there with Kyrie. He was fun to watch, and you gotta respect his game. You might as well check out Iverson, Magic and Jordans Ultimate Mixtapes.

It's weird. The kid in the blue clearly knows nothing about basketball and looked down or away on 20%-30% of the highlights, but he's got a youtube channel. This is the same sort of fake education/fake confidence that got trump elected...twice. Educate yourself, then speak.

I know the jabstep looks like nothing, but people HAD to guess with him. It's why Dr J says at the beginning, "you had to play the game like a thinker against him." It's why James Worthy said he'd rather guard Jordan than Bird - and Worthy was a HoFer that played at UNC with Jordan. The third dude that got dropped in the video was Dominque Wilkins, one of the most athletic NBAers ever. In today's NBA where any contact on a head fake gets you to the FT line, Bird would average 15 FTs a game.
