I fell in love with this tropical archipelago as soon as I flew over the sparkling turquoise seas on my way to Male airport in 1988 - the way of life slows down in the hot equatorial sun but there is so much to do that you will wish you had booked an extra week on holiday.

How was the food here ??
The food was okay - but I found there is not enough tables and chairs for all the people staying in the island. I would prefer an island that is less crowded with space to feel comfortable.

Hi, was it always cloudy in May? I read that it rainy period there in May, is it convenient to go there?
No - I have holidayed many times with sunshine in May. The rainy period is when the monsoon changes direction - this takes 2 or 3 weeks in May/June plus October/November and gives 14/21 days of unsettled weather. Nobody can predict when the monsoon will change direction. Have a fun tropical adventure.

Hi Laura & Nicolas. Being honest - I agree. Dishes seemed under seasoned and a little odd in Tangled - I loved everywhere else though.
